Good workflow for paying your bill but all the extra charges on top of the actual check amount you see are very dishonest. Not up for paying extra to pay my bill.

I recently dined at a restaurant where they asked me to pay the bill using this app. This app asked me to pay a tip, which I did, and then proceeded to charge me 12.5% service on top of that, as well as a charge for using the app. The service wasn’t so great that I would have tipped AND pay a service charge. I found it annoying having to pay that, as well as being charged to pay my bill. I will try to avoid using this app in future.

Les frais de paiement sont payé par le consommateur et non le restaurateur, c'est n'importe quoi. Pourboire coché par défaut en plus.

The interface is completely dishonest, I paid a tip of 2euros without realizing it when I clicked on continue. Having waited 45min for my dish for lunch, I wouldn't have given a tip either.

This site makes you pay a charge to pay your bill, sneakily added on as you are about to pay. A complete scam.

Une application qui force par défaut de payer 10% de plus son menu ! Et en plus il rajoute des frais de paiement qui sont à supporter par le consommateur et non le restaurateur. Ce qui me dérange le plus c’est la volonté des développeurs de tromper les utilisateurs en cochant par défaut ce qui doit relever de la décision individuelle (c’est moi qui choisi ou non de donner un pourboire, pas vous !).

Why would a consumer pay to pay a bill? The business concept is rotten at its core.

On top of that, I was asked to add an extra tip on top of the service charge.

A dishonest business model, on the bright side I can’t see it being around for long.

Had a bad experience with them, where they made me believe I had a voucher for 100% off a meal. I found out it was only 100% of £15 off when I entered the code.

However, after e-mailing them, they apologised, fixed the issue, and offered me three vouchers of £50.
