Überraschungsbox – hohes Risiko, keine Kulanz

Ich habe erstmals (und letztmalig) direkt bei Sunlu bestellt, eine Surprise- / Blind-Box mit Filament bestellt (42,99€). Laut Beschreibung konnte man unterschiedlich große Rollen erhalten.
Geliefert wurde eine klar gekennzeichnete 5-kg-PLA-Rolle in der Farbe „Gold“. Mit einer einzelnen riesen Rolle in dieser Farbe kann ich persönlich nichts anfangen, und die Farbe entsprach für mich auch nicht der Erwartung.
Ich habe den Anbieter daraufhin mehrfach direkt kontaktiert, jedoch keine Antwort erhalten. Eine Reaktion erfolgte erst im Rahmen des PayPal-Falls in Form einer standardisierten Mitteilung, dass Blind-Box-Produkte generell von Rückgabe und Erstattung ausgeschlossen seien. Auf den konkreten Fall wurde nicht eingegangen.
Auch über PayPal ließ sich der Vorgang nicht klären, da Surprise-Box-Käufe dort nicht unter den Käuferschutz fallen.
Ich möchte diese Erfahrung teilen, damit andere vorab wissen, welches Risiko sie bei solchen Überraschungspaketen eingehen und dass hier keinerlei Kulanz zu erwarten war. Praktisch erhält man eine reguläre Standard-Filamentrolle, die zufällig zugeteilt wird. Gleichzeitig wird das Produkt als „Blind Box“ verkauft, wodurch eine Rückgabe oder ein Umtausch nach dem Kauf ausgeschlossen ist.
Auffällig war, dass kurz nach meiner Bestellung die 5-kg-Rollen im Shop ausverkauft waren. Zudem hat eine weitere Person in meinem Umfeld ebenfalls eine 5-kg-Rolle aus einer solcher Überraschungsbox erhalten.
Ich kann dies nicht bewerten, erwähne es aber als Beobachtung im Zusammenhang mit meiner Bestellung.

Ordered for 60 euro worth of filmament… never came

Ordered for 60 euro worth of filmament and waited.....and waited. And the courier service bounced around my city for more than 48 hours until suddenly it was delivered
Just not at my door!
I start writing Sunlu about my problem.
First i write the email that was attached to my order "if you have any questions about your order write to this email" NO REPLY
i find another email from another order confirmation and write that. NO REPLY
I go too their website find a support email. I write that. NO REPLY.
now i've written to their sales email and no reply either. So im 60 euro down and a firm thats just ignoring everything. Stay away from these guys!!!!

Bad customer service

Bad customer service, they pack the filament in plastic wrap in a thin retail box. If your reel is smashed they refuse to help and will claim they cannot get a refund from shipping.

That's irrelevant to the consumer it's literally the law they are responsible for resolving issues as the shipper.

Edit: eventually I got a partial refund. Not a great experience but score updates to reflect.

Refusal to give return instructions

I ordered a Sunlu S2. I wanted to return it because it lacked a mechanism for airing out moist air. I contacted customer support and they refused to give me return instructions as I had already opened the packaging, which is in blatant violation of EU customer protection laws. I merely opened the box, inspected the device and carefully put it back.

Katastrophe

Das Unternehmen bietet nicht das in Deutschland gesetzliche Rückgaberecht von 14tagen an. Nicht einmal original verpackte Artikel werden zurückgenommen.

Kommunikation etc katastrophal und überhaupt nicht kundenfreundlich.

Bought a heated AMS for a Bambu Labs…

Bought a heated AMS for a Bambu Labs printer. It worked at first but stopped working after a couple of months. Customer service are just ignoring my emails so I am being forced to do a chargeback with my bank.

Scammers

They took my money and then pretending that they delivered it 2.5hours away from my house. Do not do business with them. Tbh its there loss i go through around 200 rolls a year so they lost over £2k a year customer.

Gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht wird ignoriert!

Ich habe am 22.12. einen Filament Connector (49,99 €) im deutschen Sunlu-Store bestellt. Die Lieferung war schnell, aber der Kundenservice ist absolut inakzeptabel.

Nachdem ich das Gerät getestet habe und nicht zufrieden war, wollte ich von meinem 14-tägigen Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch machen. Es waren insgesamt 4 Kontaktversuche (3 E-Mails, 1 Kontaktformular) und 6 Nachrichten hin und her nötig, bis ich überhaupt eine konkrete Antwort bekam.

Das Ergebnis: Sunlu verweigert die Rücknahme mit der Begründung, ich hätte das Produkt bereits ausgepackt und benutzt. Das ist rechtlich absolut unzulässig – man muss ein Gerät testen dürfen, um die Funktion zu prüfen.

Da der Support blockt, musste ich nun den PayPal-Käuferschutz einschalten. Wer Wert auf seine Verbraucherrechte legt, sollte hier lieber nicht bestellen.

Customer Service Is A Complete Joke, Order Never Shiiped

Sunlu's customer service is completely useless, an absolute joke! I placed an order on December 27th, and it is still showing a status of unfulfilled on my account. I've emailed customer service 5 times and have received no response. Tried through Facebook and after several days I amazingly got a reply asking for my order number (which I had already provided in my first message). A few days later there was another response telling me that it was refunded already - it most definitely was not! Sent another message telling them I never got it and once again it's been radio silence - even though messenger shows that they've seen my messages!
If you really like their filament, do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache - just order the filament through Amazon.
Luckily, I used my credit card to pay so I was able to open a dispute, I probably would never see that money again if it I used a debit card.

Never order from Sunlu…

I will never order from Sunlu International again and I don’t recommend it to others either—you will lose money, time, and nerves. I received a damaged shipment. The store in Germany from which the product was shipped did not respond to emails. After several days, I received a reply (possibly from the USA). They told me to file a complaint with DHL, because supposedly only the sender can submit a complaint. However, DHL requires entering a tracking number to provide contact details. I am not given any contacts and am instead redirected to Smartposti in my country. I contacted Smartposti, who told me to file a complaint with the sender. But Sunlu International sends me back to DHL again. Customer service is below all criticism; they take no responsibility. The buyer is not protected—an unfair company. I strongly advise everyone: do not order directly from Sunlu International.

Do not buy from this company, terrible customer service

I ordered the new E2 dryer directly via their official ebay store. I received the dryer and the backlight (the part that lights up the screen for night time viewing) began to flicker and eventually died. I reached out via DM on ebay and did not hear back till i messaged a second time, the seller then told me i needed to send a video to a Hotmail email address. This violates ebay TOS and also seems very scammy. I eventually emailed the actual sunlu support email with a video of the faulty screen. Both the ebay account and official email replied and tried gaslighting me into "that it seems you are having trouble operating the green marquee accessory lights" and proceeded to give me instructions on how to operate those, when they are clearly working fine in the video. The accessories lights and LCD screen backlight are completely separate, and any time you use the touchscreen the backlight should come on. Do not buy anything from this company, their customer support is non existent, and they will try to gaslight you into something else so they do not have to fulfill their warranty obligation. I will be doing a faulty product claim with ebay and charge back via paypal since they are not resolving the issue with a clearly faulty product.
