The shop assistant was very helpful and patient. I bought a couple of fragrances at Christmas and was super happy. I wanted to sample other scents and layering. She was very knowledgable.

Helpfulness and knowledge of the team member meant I was able to get a restock from colour and smell description in seconds without knowing the name of the fragrance! She also provided great recommendations for Bristol! Excellent service.

I came across the shop at Cabot Circus and was intrigued as I've always loved perfume oils. The assistant was very helpful and from the description of what I liked, selected the perfect perfume. The price was good for an oil based fragrance so I'm enjoying the one I've bought and look forward to experimenting with others.

I love the perfume and oils.
However I think something needs to be done about quality control as the parfum once u wear it does not last very long.

I got to the shop and i went through most of ur products. The shop employees were not too happy about the criticism i had for the perfume and didn't inform me about the 10% off first purchase. I had to pay full price for the cologne. While when one of my friends went back to the shop they got 10% off first purchase. I wont support the shop in Bristol again!
