I picked up a bottle of Wood De Amber (Heaven on Earth is my favourite), and the two ladies (one was the manageress) were super-friendly and helpful. Great perfume, lovely people, highly recommended.

The perfume oil doesn’t last up to…
The perfume oil doesn’t last up to 10mins. The sample deceived me and I spent over £72 of my hard earned money and I am super upset and disappointed as this was my first time patronizing this business.
And this is the last time ever!!!
You guys really hurt me I need my money back!!!

I purchased a perfume at Meadowhall sheffield, the staff were polite , patient , knowledgable , gave me lots of scents to try , I didn’t feel rushed to make a purchase , a really pleasant shopping experience .

Just had a really pleasant experience purchasing a perfume oil from Suna Musk. The whole process was smooth and easy, no fuss at all. What stood out was the excellent service – I felt genuinely well-treated. Definitely a satisfying experience!

Unhelpful and bad customer service
I ordered online but when I received it I wasn’t happy with the smell of the fragrance so the next day I went to the shop in Meadowhall to exchange but they refused and told me to send back in the post, I would have done that but it was a long procedure and I told them I wanted it today as it was for husband’s birthday today which was the reason I travelled to Meadowhall but they were not bothered. I am not happy with their customer service at all!
