Had a great experience booking my holiday.
Got chatting to Nick online and within minutes he had found me the best deal! Our connection was lost and he promptly gave me a call to finalise the details.
Fab service would definitely recommend.

I called sunny breaks to arrange my holiday for may 2025. I spoke to John who was lovely he helped me arrange everything from flights to hotel and baggage.

Spoke with John today, he was very polite and nothing was too much. He got me the holiday I wanted, I will definitely be keeping his number

Terrible!! Do not use these. We were pushed into a holiday and once there the hotel was absolutely shocking and not as described. They refused to help us or move us while away. Once back they said they didn’t receive photos and videos taken. Sent in a usb stick with them and had no response.

I booked a holiday to Turkey in September with my 4 year old daughter, flights on time so got to the hotel at 1 am on the 4th to find out my room had been given away, had to pay for a hotel at my expense, went next day to be given a room not as described, black mould in bathroom, no fridge no satellite tv and looking something like a prison cell, holiday was all inclusive and there was no beer, wine, drinks for children, no snacks as advertised, requested hotel swap as did not feel safe in hotel and rooms were not suitable to have a 4 year old in, they offered me another hotel, which was OK, I agreed to be told it was gone, offered another, read reviews and it was just as bad as the one I was in, was then told to find one myself which I did and at my expense, since I have been back asked for reimbursement and compensation as holiday was ruined as money I had with me for trips etc was used for food and hotel and been totally ignored by this company,

i have been trying to get in touch with them. no replay,
it about my holiday in sunny beach September , when we did not get pick up to go back to the airport in the early hours. about 245am i tried to phone and no one there. i end up getting a taxi and paid it myself. i was not happy at all.

I went on holiday on the 29 August and 3 days before my flight I got moved from sincerity apartment's marmaris turkey to Atlantis apartment
And wow what can I say nowhere near like for like we had no hot water basic essential we got threatened but the owner cause his in law was in the police so anyone who complains gets threatened
Ive ever experienced anything so bad the pictures don’t do justice
Since our holiday after having to find another £400 to move to somewhere decent we have had no apologies or compassion or even a sorry apology nothing how this business is still active is beyond me it’s a death trap and a accident waiting to happen but the company I booked with sunny breaks holiday don’t give no care in the world I’ve attempted to email and complain and no response even tried calling and got fed alias of crap
Please everyone be aware don’t spend your good hard earned money with this company cause if things don’t go to plan you will be left high and dry

They are quick to take your money and very polite. We arrived to our hotel which was horrendous!! We were put in a room with 2 double beds which my 10 year old son and my partners 15 year old daughter were expected to share. They they swooped us and the electrics were bare, the shower leaked into 2 bedrooms making it dangerous and slippery (we got given extra towels to mop
It up when we complained), there was no safe in the room. The food was inedible not even serving toast or chips, flies covered the food, the restaurant was dirty and like a cattle market trying to get cutlery. We ended up eating out paying for taxis and food everyday. The hotel was supposed to have 5 pools, it only had 2. The 2 beach side pools and tennis courts you had to pay for and we were told they were privately owned. The indoor one was shut, as were they childrens club and spa (this is what we were told but they later deny). There was supposed to be a water park but only 2 slides were open. Carpets were never vacuumed, lifts broken and no lights on stairs to rooms making it extremely dangerous. Roof leaked. There was no rep to talk to and the manager refused to talk to me. The language barrier was also an issue. We asked to be moved, they asked for evidence which I sent but they denied getting even though on my side showed as received. We asked for assistance with an earlier flight and had no response. The taxi to the airport was due to collect us from a different hotel after our flight had left. Throughout communication was little to none. On return the same saying they hadn’t received photos and denying evidence sent. They did not return any calls and I am now In the process of publicly shaming them with the evidence and going through ATOL.

Roger was well spoken nothing was a problem to him wud recommend booking here again service great first class 10/10 cudnt fault the service

John did everything to help. He did everything I asked for and more. Easy to talk to, friendly without going over the top.

Marcus couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish. My first time using sunny breaks. But so far I would recommend this company. I’ll put a review once holiday has happened and update, to let everyone know that it went smoothly or not

I was stressed looking for a holiday for me and my foster son as we needed 2 rooms and lots of companies see a 17 year old as a child so wouldn’t allow me to book thankfully this company classed him as an adult they were very efficient and the holiday was booked a massive thank you I can relax and breath today
