First time I have used this company and it won’t be my last
Staff are very friendly and very helpful and I didn’t feel rushed into booking .
Most companies on line you can’t get hold of easy but here you can email them or inbox and get reply same day or ring them .

Booked our holiday yesterday not through choice! The operator started by saying all the right things got our card details (worried he’s written them down now) then tried to change the date which I quickly corrected him on. Then on confirmation quickly tried to quote a basic 2 star hotel. We picked are hotel carefully as it’s our 10th Wedding anniversary and we haven’t been away in years! Saved a lot to book this holiday after loosing my granddaughter, dad and mum in the past 18 months this was supposed to be a good experience and now I’ve been left railroaded into a holiday £450 more expensive than advertised by an advisor who was rude, very rude and took the deposit of £300 while putting me on hold after I said no I’ve changed my mind I don’t want to book!!! Avoid this company especially Roger the agent.
