The salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable. No pressure to buy their product. Very helpful to navigate prior approval from our HOA.
The experienced workers who installed our shade were professional and cleaned up after installation.

Absolutely the worst experience
Absolutely the worst experience. There were issues with installation, which happens and they did eventually fix it with major rework. But the biggest issue arose when they failed to pay Suncoast Rentals for a lift they contracted to do the job and resulted in a LIEN on our home. Apparently this is legal in Florida regardless of our prompt payments to SPF in advance of work done. Such a nightmare to deal with and unnecessary headaches encountered during our experience with SPF. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Terrific customer service
I'm so happy with the screens that SPF just installed on my patio. They look and fit great! All the installers are very professional and did the work with ease. The company went above and beyond to make sure I got the product I really wanted and they made sure the fit would be perfect in the space. They operate perfectly with the easy to use remote. Very happy!

What an awesome experience! From the initial consultation to the final install and subsequent follow up, SPF exceeded all of our expectations. They are truly a first class operation. Our sales rep Taylor Grill was great! Highly recommended this company.

What an EXCELLENT job SPF is doing
What an EXCELLENT job SPF is doing. I have been impressed from the design, manufacture and all the way through the installation phase. I can't say enough about how happy I am. I will say the SPF truly has a superior product, the materials are high quality and the service is great. SPF, continue doing what you do.

We love the product
We love the product, installation was smooth and we use our screens for privacy, wind rain and sun. Several of our neighbors have also signed contracts.

Fantastic product and installation!
The quality of these screens is excellent. I installed a screen outside my enclosed lanai facing West and overlooking water. It turned out to be wonderful! No more glare through the house or worries about fading floors or furniture.
