I was approved for a loan through this company. I went to the local office. No one said anything and there was no one in the office. I went to the Lady in the first window and explained that I had spoken to someone named Asia on the phone about a loan she pointed to the lady behind her and said that by would be her. The lady Asia rolled her eyes and said one person at a time. I looked around as it was myself and my two year old grandson and two other people that had been approved for a loan. Asia then started shouting demands and being confusing. Ex. Sit down, come here, everyone out. To which I replied that I was not sure if I still wanted to use the company if this is what I would have to deal with. This is when Asia rolled her eyes and head and told us bye and laughed. Both myself and the other lady that came for approved loans left.
There was no call to apologize for Asia rude and disrespectful attitude and I feel the company must not care about their customers or the money they lost on a loan that would have been 99% apr. The loan was to be 130.00 with 250.00 payback due in four months.
I'm very upset about how I was treated and feel this is not the only person that has been treated like this

They gave me another chance that all I needed

The Customer Service is very remarkable @ Sunset Finance. They are very polite. I really enjoy seeing Ms Asia and Ms Ansley whenever I am there. I will recommend them to family and friends.
