Worst loan place that I have encountered with. In all seriousness, this company does not understand courtesy. I had called prior to the payment of my loan to make an arrangement due to the fact that I didn’t have enough money from my pay to cover all my bills for that week. I advised that I would be able to make up for this payment in the next fortnight however they told me that the direct debit was going remain on despite me telling them I needed that money for other bills and rent and I gave them the courteous call prior to the payment going out. Extremely appalled by the service and lack of understanding you have for customers, my experience here has been extremely unsatisfactory due to the fact that you couldn’t simply understand the situation I was in. I spoke with Braydon whom offered no assistance to my situation. You guys are so quick to approve a loan for individuals and despite me paying my normal scheduled payments on this one occasion I asked for an arrangement you have left my current bank account at the moment overdrawn , even though I called prior to the payment day that I could not make this schedule payments.

Fast, easy, and no huge fortnightly amount to pay the loan. Very happy indeed!

I have used sunshine loans on many an occasion, they are a very fair ,understanding also very responsive and a top notch professional company and I wouldn't go anywhere else, with only a couple of calls over my loan periods with a request they were only to eager and friendly to help ,very very friendly staff who make me feel comfortable ,never do you get tha from anywhere ,I will always use sunshine loans and I do 100% recommend you give them a go ,very satisfied customer,thank you guys

I'd suggest just having the direct debit amount available and just pay them back properly like you agreed to. They provided outstanding and expedient service in my case. It's in black and white the penalties for late payments, I'd suggest to you reading that first, and actually paying them back as they ask you to.

the most invasive loan company i have ever experienced, don’t try to reduce a payment due to hardship - even if you call in advance and explain the situation they’ll charge you more in fees to reduce it than just missing it completely. Also, don’t try to do the right thing and call them to work out an arrangement they don’t care and will continue to charge you.
The best advice I can give is to avoid them for two months and have them call you to waive the fees as what happened with my friend. However try to do the right thing and call them first, they won’t help and will charge you for anything they can find.
Would never go through them again.

Typical shylocks. Will offer you a 'car' loan but only approve enough for a wreck that you'll need more finance just to get on the road and expect you to pay through the nose for it.

I have had quite a few loans through sunshine loans. And the reason I kept going back was because of there outstanding service. I went through a major hiccup and I needed to sort my payments out due to medical reasons. Not only once but countless times I needed help due to financial reasons I needed my account put on hold and not once did they judge me or question me. Sunshine loans always goes above and beyond to help. If you always keep them updated they are very very understanding. This to me is what sets sunshine loans above the rest. They are never here to judge they understand that we all are human and sometimes in our life we have things that happen out of our control. I have not once come across a person at sunshine loans that was not understanding to my situation..i recommend sunshine loans to everyone considering a loan..thanks sunshine loans you are amazing and your sevice and understanding is just something I have never received from anyone else. Can't wait to get back on track to use your service again. Thanks for helping me do that every step of the way. So if anyone is reading this remember they always help and understand even in hard times

Great company, very easy to deal with and for someone with bad credit it is really helpful! My advice is only take out a loan that you can definitely pay back every week or it will not work in your favour! If you want something long term go to a bank. But if you pay back on time with no issues they will be very good to you!

The worst loan company they slug you when you miss a payment would not recommended when wanting a loan with these people think again because if you have trouble paying on time or if you need to reduce your payments the won’t let you

Pretty great company only once they have let me down when i was on holiday and bank statements didnt have regular income.other than that i have used them on numerous occasions.they do what they say.easy finance to bad debtors!!! Do what you say you will do and they always come to the party..cant fault them,easy to apply and money is always in account most cases in an hour.pretty great when you need money fast!!!
