Bought pool, heater and other accessories after calling for advice.

On setting up manual states you need a green indicator light on the heater power supply, if it turns red then turn off immediately. I got a red light so turned off and contacted the seller who couldn’t help and gave me the manufacturers email add instead. Manufacturer wanted a video of the set up and afterwards told me all was fine and disregard what the manual said(??!!)

However they also told me that the £99.95 heater cannot be used with an extension cord and needs a proper external plug near the pool.

So if you have a big garden your going to have to pay £££’s to an electrician.

Was told AFTER purchase by the manufacturer that this in the manual that comes with the heater when purchased and they cannot take any responsibility for returns so contact the seller.

Sunshine pools refused any return or refund as despite not actually being used they believed the product was faulty as used with an extension cord.

Ended up stuck between two companies with poor service. Would have been helpful if the heater issue was made clear by the seller before purchase or I wouldn’t have bothered wasting my money.

Wouldn’t use this company again.

Great service great heater

Excellent. I hate ordering on line but was able to speak to very helpful staff who were able to tell me exactly what I needed to provide a clean pool for my grandchildren and neighbouring kids. The pool and kit arrived promptly.

Ordered internet electric pool heater for our 16’x8’ above ground pool. Although this heater is only recommended for smaller pools, it is definitely making a difference. My kids didn’t use pool much last year as too cold but now using more. Thermometer (which is supplied with heater) says 24/25 and it was 18/19. I just put in on for a few hours before we use the pool (and when I can utilise electricity from my solar panels).
Item delivered quickly and would use the company again.

The pool came wrong colour on time but took another 2-3 weeks to be replaced and a lot of emails phone calls and pictures for this to happen
Did ask for some discount compensation but never returned my call of emails
I would use again but feel it was a lot of hard work on my side 🤔

Lovely people to deal with. Friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great deal on our pool which was delivered as promised 2 working days after it was ordered.

Oh my goodness, what an amazing company!! I was struggling to find a large paddling pool/slide that could be delivered or collected in time for the heatwave this weekend - typically for me I’d left it to the last minute and everywhere was either sold out or couldn’t deliver until 20th July at the earliest. I was also cautious as we’d just realised we’d been scammed by another online retailer so when I saw this product online, available and able to deliver within 2-3 days I was skeptical. But having checked Trustpilot I decided to order. I placed the order at 10:30pm on the Tuesday night; I received a confirmation immediately then at 2:30pm on the Wednesday I received notification of the item being shipped and it arrived on the Thursday morning! Free delivery too! The product itself is amazing and was reasonably priced compared to other sites and it came with a blower which many didn’t (or were £50-100 extra!). I couldn’t be more impressed. Especially in this post-Covid world where everyone seems very quick to make excuses for poor customer service, delayed shipment and deliveries, etc. This just goes to show that it is still possible to provide excellent products at a reasonable price and quickly! I have a very happy 3.5-year-old and therefore we are two very happy parents!

Excellent customer service.. the pool itself is of good quality.. slight delay in delivery hence the 4 stars.. however there was good communication from the customer service team in regards to this. I would definitely order again and would recommend to family and friends.

Intel 18ft x9ft above ground pool I am so impressed with the customer service and delivery of this pool . This has to be one of the most helpful companies I have dealt with for some time.
The staff are quick to respond are knowledgeable and very helpful. I would also like to commend the delivery driver who again was very polite and extremely helpful in delivering the pool thank you all highly recommended.

We purchased an Intex 9ft 10" x 5ft 9" pool at £389.95 from Sunshine Pools for our kids joint birthday. It wasn't the cheapest shop but they were a UK store with great reviews.

It arrived very quickly and all seemed fine however upon inspecting the contents of the box we noticed that it came with a smaller pump than advertised. According to the website it was meant to come with a 1000 Gallon pump but we actually received a 530 Gallon instead. I got in touch with customer services who agreed to find out what had happened which involved getting in contact with Intex. We waited 4 days to hear back before getting it set up for the birthday and sadly got a response the day after. I was told that it came with the correct pump and their website was wrong. They would get their IT guys to amend it which I'm not entirely sure how it helps us but great I guess?

The pool liner also appeared to have a bold spot on the inner lining which we didn't see until we got it fully assembled. Thankfully it doesn't seem to affect the pool performance but retrospect I wish we had just returned it before the kids saw it. The kids have only used the pool once and its already apparent that a 530 gallon pump isn't up to the job, we kept it running over night and it barely made a difference.

We ended up having too buy the Intex 1000 gallon pump off amazon for £65 which has cleared it up after a few hours of running.

Lovely pool but couldn’t get a cover for it ☹️

Customer service very good . When my parcel was late and I rang to enquire about it the lady I spoke too was very friendly and helpful nothing was any trouble for her

Efficient accurate and informative experience

The instructions on the box tell you it will take 30 minutes to erect the pool , unfortunately that's about the limit of the instructions ! . You need to go to YouTube to find some very helpful videos. Pool is great and delivery was prompt with a friendly driver

Brilliant customer service, fantastic quality

We bought the 13ft x 6.5ft pool. Pool seems ok so far - the price just smarts for what it is. Doesnt seem great value for money. Especially not at all happy about paying £69.95 for the ‘solar pool cover’ which is essentially just a single layer of bubble wrap you could get for less than £10 somewhere else. I find it hard to image there is anything else to it than that.
