Ordered 4m x 3.6m Rota Pergola for installation in November
Only a week after placing order Suns rang to say they had a cancellation and were able to install the following week!
The fitters, Christian and Brent, did a brilliant job and were very professional installing the pergola within 3 hours. Just needed plenty of tea and coffee! All rubbish and cardboard packaging removed
Pergola is well made and looks very modern with clean lines
Actually had the Alvaro model installed due to unavailability of Rota at no extra cost. Great customer service Very pleased.

I’m delighted with my pergola. We chose the Maranza with louvre panel at back and three pull downs. The quality of the product is superb, the men were very helpful and friendly. It’s absolutely transformed our garden and is in daily use. Highly recommended!

Our pergola was installed quickly and efficiently on the date arranged. The fitters spotted a problen with a bent vane which they have said they will report and rectify it.

We bought a Rota pergola and are very happy with the product and service. The pergola is well made and feels robust, and the side screens really give you the sense of having another room in the house.

Glenn and Mark installed the pergola with efficiency and no fuss. They gave a time slot the day before and were punctual.

We rearranged the installation on a couple of occasions, and the Suns Lifestyle team were helpful and responsive.

We’ve recently had a pergola installed and every aspect of the service has been fantastic.
We visited the showroom and the staff were very helpful. The order and installation was well managed and particular mention of Glenn and Steve who were on site recently. I can’t speak highly enough of the product, the service and the people we have worked with.

Really impressed by both the product and the customer service from Suns. After much research we went to see their products at the Ideal Home Exhibition and were impressed with the design and robustness of the Rota Pergola. The process was smooth and their patience with me having to re-arrange the installation 3 times because of a rogue garden builder who had promised to meet the deadline but failed 3 times, was much appreciated. The installation (Glen) was faultless and we are very happy with our lovely Pergola now in place.

Just had our Pergola installed on a bank holiday Monday by Glenn and Steve. Quick, knowledgeable and courteous they put the whole thing up in a couple of hours and it looks fantastic. Just a couple of roof slats that were a little damaged but these were pointed out and replacements will be ordered and fitted asap.

Thank you Christian and Brent for doing an absolutely fantastic job for us yesterday. Two great lads who talked us through the process to allow us to make the best choices on the day. Absolutely fabulous company. We ordered both a 5.4 × 3.5 marzana pergola, lounge set and dining table. I couldn't find all of the things that were important to me anywhere else. Reilly helped me over chat to place the order and e-mailed me the next day with further advice and recommendations.

On the day of delivery Steve was held up because of traffic caused by the train strikes. These things happen but he kept me up to date regularly and still completed delivery even though it meant a ridiculously long day for him. The install itself was rescheduled and then completed efficiently including set up onto porcelain.

We are blown away with the results, our garden is amazing and our pergola has been the talk of the development where we live. The furniture is luxurious and a great entertainment environment, and with the lovely weather we have so much time enjoying it this Summer.

We got to see Suns Lifestyle pergolas at a show this year and purchased a 3 x 4 with screens on 3 sides. Really impressed with the pergola. There was a minor issue with one of the screens but SL sent the same installers out to sort it. Big thanks to Marc, Rash & Stewart for your hard work.

After months of research we were delighted to visit the Suns Lifestyle showroom. They had lots of options available to us and we were really pleased that no question was too silly to ask. We purchased two 3.6 x 5.3 rota louvered pergola's, joining them allowed us to have a large covered terrace space for entertaining all year round. Glen and Rash are truly amazing installers. I work in a customer service industry and Glen and Rash are exemplary in customer service. They were accommodating, understanding, focused on the best outcome for us, adaptable and friendly. We felt like they cared for our installation as if it was their own home. As a team, they are an asset to Suns Lifestyle and true brand advocates. We will always recommend Suns Lifestyle and without hesitation, would purchase from them again.
