Lovely staff, all very helpful and responsive. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice on offer. The annex diesn't have a lift. No tea/coffee making facilities in rooms and no fridge in rooms.

We appreciate your comments regarding the annex and room amenities. While the annex does not have a lift, we understand this can be an inconvenience for some guests, Your feedback about the tea/coffee facilities and fridge has been noted, and will be passed to all concerned persons at this hotel.
