Terrible service they said I lied about…

Terrible service they said I lied about my faulty delivery. The whole parcel was soaking wet and my 2 conditioners leaked through. I had to open the parcel to check and they said the parcel was ok it wasn't it was soaking wet I opened it and sent photos.
Terrible customer service and rude I lost out and have no conditioners but they said I am a liar. Be careful, they will make out your liars and not refund you thats what happened to me also report to the police if it keeps happening cause they are pocketing our money so we lose out. Sly sly sly

Don't use there service they are rude and call their customers liars

Acne medications

I bought acne medication from your online store. I was very happy that I could buy them, as it's difficult to buy Polish medications elsewhere. Very good and fast service and fast delivery. Competitive prices. I recommend it.

I am very disappointed with the service…


I am very disappointed with the service provided. The advertised 48-hour delivery was not met, as I received my parcel one week later. Additionally, my messages went unanswered. I only received an email with the tracking number on the day the parcel was dropped off at the post office. There was no explanation provided for the delay, nor any apology.

Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will be choosing a different shop in the future.
