Server ran great

Was quick and easy to set up, didn't have to worry about it much after the initial setup and the one time it crashed, it was very simple to just turn it back on again

First time renting a server. The process was simple, easy to understand and super quick. The folks at Supercraft were wicked-quick in helping change server locations.

REALLY QUICK AND EASY TO USE, NO LAG ISSUES, NO CRASHING ISSUES, JUMP ON AND PLAY WHENEVER, REALLY GOOD.

as always they don't give up when you have an issue. It did take a couple days for us to figure out what the issue was, but DxWo was persistent to say the least. I think both of us have a little less hair now, but it's all good.

Great servers and amazing customer support I ran into a issue on my end trying to transfer my existing world and couldn’t figure it out sent a email and very fast reply and they took care of it for me had my world up and running in no time. This is my second server from them first one I prolly had for 4 years easy and now I just upgraded. Hands down one of the best servers for 7 days

Great hands on assistance from one of the mods, Dori, guided me through setting up and transferring a local save with great result.

Things have been good so far. It is an easy service to use and manage. It has been every thing I expected.

The server was doing great early 2024. We had a whole Darkness fall mod package installed and it was doing fine. Recently we joined back for the 1.1 experience. We added a few modlets and the server was very bad. It was super laggy. I was told by support it was due to my mods and totally not the server's fault.

After troubleshooting with another server service and installing the exact same mods, we had no lag whatsoever on a different server.

Super fast and fixed the issue we had. Thanks!!

i have had servers from you before very reliable and never had a problem as i can manage it myself from the control panel.
