Can’t Update Accounts — Not Worth Rebuying
I purchased this product with the intention of using it with my MT4 trading accounts, but I stopped using it because I had already connected two accounts and later needed to change them. After changing my trading account, I archived my previous two accounts and tried to update my information with the provider, but I couldn’t find any way to change or deactivate those old accounts through their system.
I reached out to customer support, but the process for updating account details was unclear and not straightforward. Because of this limitation, I found myself unable to use the product the way I intended. I was disappointed that the system didn’t allow me to easily transfer or change my linked MT4 accounts, which meant I would have had to repurchase the full system just to update this information.
Overall, based on my experience, I don’t think it was worth buying again just to change an MT4 account, and I hope the company improves this process in the future so others don’t face the same issue.
