I had a really good experience with Super Hauling Solution Inc especially Brian. They helped me get my vehicle shipped from CO to FL for $425. They are good in communication and it was a hassle free process. I’ll look forward to work with them in the future.

The one thing I will say that was good is I received my car in a very timely manner. However, I had many issues with this company. My number one issue is that I was quoted at $350 for my car shipping but when the driver got there the price suddenly jumped to $600 and added $100 for the items I had in my car. I understood the $100 charge for my car having stuff in it but the quote change was ridiculous. The communication between Brian who quoted me and my dispatcher Irene was terrible. Also the dispatcher was just rude and the communication was terrible due to a language barrier. I was misinformed on many things Brian told me such as price, the weight limit of added cargo to the car, and delivery speed, all these things suddenly changed with the driver and dispatcher I had. I was told I could have 200lbs of items in the car by brain and then dispatcher changed it to only allowing 100lbs. I was told that it would take 2 days for the car to arrive when I initially booked the shipment with Brian but the car got there very next day and I was not there at the time of pick up.Irene claimed she told me over the phone that it would arrive the next morning but I was never informed of that by her. It seems like everything that was told to me suddenly changed last minute. When all that went wrong I was just told to go ahead and pay the $700 by Brian even though I was quoted at $350 because they didn’t have any more drivers and that the reason the price changed is because of the new driver.To me it makes no sense to have all these changes and if the price is based on the driver then the price should be discussed amongst the customer as well rather than just completely changing the price. So if your gonna use this company be aware they will scam you in the prices. I have photos as well to prove it but can not upload them.

Tim was super helpful and kept me updated on transportation pick up and drop off. Would definitely recommend and use again.

They were very responsive and accommodating to my concerns and questions. I really appreciated their professionalism and quick communication. Highly recommend this company for car transport.

Good communication, final price paid was what was quoted up front. Had Alfa Romeo in difficult residential pick up spot and they matched my need to a carrier who was able to safely pick up and transport. Would use this broker in future

I bought a truck recently for my business from another state and there was the issue for delivery but super hauling solution not only helped with inexpensive delivery also on time delivery, their process is very easy and efficient with quick service and timely response. I highly recommend it.
