When I called to book an appointment the reply was quick and prompt. I was informed that I will be contacted the following day and that's what happened. then the technician arrived the following day and carried the examination immediately. I was advised that I will receive the report within 2 days and that's what happened. I'm, pleased with the service and accuracy and recommend Supernova to prospective clients.

Amazing quick and efficient service. I needed an FRA and Asbestos survey urgently and they were able to give me a next day appointment.

Excellent, fast, professional service. I was quoted a price over the phone, once our floor plans has been reviewed the quote price was even lower!!! I was offered an appointment the same week, and received the report 2 days after the survey

Cannot fault the service. My initial call was picked up within 3 or 4 rings, I was put straight through to an advisor, and I had my quote and booking all set up within half an hour! It could not have been simpler or easier
