Not a real company indeed. Had to place the transaction for fraud since the order was never received and no longer have any contract with the company.

Ordered and paid 28th May 2020. Nothing received as yet, have sent messages and gotten no response. Clearly a scam.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. FRAUD. SCAM.

I share the same exact experience as so many of the other reviewers. Ordered a bed (not a custom one) back in April and have emailed back and forth with their "customer service" for a shipping update, ANY kind of update and get the same response. When I've asked for a refund (on 3x different occasions) I get the same response.

This company is a scam, I ordered 2 dogs beds from them on May 26 and a month later, I have nothing. Attempts to contact them to request an update or request a refund have gone unanswered. Don't fall for this scam like so many others have, this is not a legitimate online store!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! not a legit pet store company. I’m one of many who ordered the dog bed, over a month ago. I emailed the company for status of order times 2. . Surprisingly got a response but it’s the same response... ‘ in process will send email when shipped’...I’ve been scammed!!!!!!

I ordered large bed May 22, 2020. No TRACKING. Did not receive ORDER. Pissed!!!!! No response from them. No phone number.

This is a horrible company. I order a bed of theirs two months ago. I have contact their "customer service" several times. I get back a message every time indicating that they will send me the information regarding the shipping of my product. They never do. They claim there are delays in manufacturing but 2 months for a product is ridiculous, especially with no indication of when it will actually be sent..

Worst company!!! Total scam. Lies after lies. Can’t get a straight answer. Awful!!!!

Scam company, I ordered end of April and now we have mid of June. No reaction to my requests, no shipping! Don’t order there!!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. not worth it. I tried to reaching out to the company and they said theyre working on it and Its been over a month and still no update or a bed........

Ordered a bed in the wrong size, changed my order got charged for 2 beds. I followed their instructions to change the size. Complained but was completely ignored. Complete scam.

Over 2 months later I still have not received a refund or a single bed and get automated responses to my emails.

Please do not make the same mistake.

Ordered the fifth of May, tomorrow is June 1st. They wouldn’t get back in contact with me so I opened a dispute with my credit card and the day after they decided to email me saying they were still processing my order, which is obviously false since they sent me fake shipping information the day after I purchased.

3 months later no dog bed and 6 weeks later no refund.

And the same generic apology email saying we are sorry give us at least a week to sort.

Ordered a bed in February. Still nothing - no response!!! Don't do it!!!

I bought a dog bed in february and have not received it now we in May have asked them to give me the money back but they do not they send the same mail again and again this is not a company

Wish I had read these reviews first. I bought a highly reviewed bed over a month ago and still havent recieved it. Thier website says they will refund if you wish due to covid 19 but after numerous emails which I believe are automated responses they wont refund. Or even give any IDEA as to when they will send the bed out. Awful service

Ordered a fluffy dog bed in February. Money transferred . No bed has arrived and it is now the middle of May! Terrible company. Take care.

Purchased dog food, never arrived, did not answer follow up email. Awaiting Paypal Buyer Protection response, will update then. So far, very bad experience, so avoid.
