I was told a package had been delivered today into a locker . As I could find no cde number to open the locker I first tried their chat service. It said my email address was not valid despite the fact that I have used it for over 20 years.
I then rang their website and had another conversation with a virtual assistant who was no help at all.
I go to our local Fed Ex building and they are always extremely helpful but their robots are absolutely useless. And I still cannt acces my package .....

Absolutely worst service ever! Useless staff! They lie about the wrong address, when they just couldn't be bothered to deliver my parcel! Waited in two days in a row with promises of it arriving on both days! Every business and person should avoid FedEx like the plague!!! The items were sent and paid via next day!!! Company is too stupid to understand that this doesn't mean a week later!!!
