In late 2018, founders Janet and Carlos Cordova, and their kids went on their long planned family trip to South America. The unique and vibrant culinary traditions they re-encountered inspired both Janet and Carlos to bring those special flavours back home to Australia. That's how Sur Direct started. What began as a family hobby, share with family and friends, with a focus on teaching their children about hard work and teamwork, took a new turn when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Janet and Carlos faced unexpected and unplanned paths in their lives. They both lost their jobs and their recently purchased home. During these tough times, the couple poured their hearts into Sur Direct, turning a negative into a positive. Wanting to share their heritage with their community. Join the Cordova family on their culinary journey and experience how food can bring us all together. Share their love for flavor-packed, soulful meals with your family and friends. After all, that's what food is all about!

Enthusiastic cook.
I love the products, reminds me of my origins. This year unfortunately part of our order was damaged in transit but as soon as I got in contact with Sur Direct they apologised ( not their fault) and sent a replacement on fast dispatch. Sur Direct customer service is outstanding and prompt. Thank you guys.
