Surefirewood Opiniões

Brilliant service, top quality logs and charcoal

I ordered some coal to be delivered to my parents and every part of the ordering process couldnt have gone better. From the initial query they highlighted potential issues with the delivery location which allowed me to come up with a better plan. There were a number of calls predelivery to ensure all was in place - overall exceptional customer service and I am happy to recommend them

Delivery was fast but the box arrived in tatters and all bags of fuel were torn. Notified the seller bit after multiple emails, unable to resolve. Unlikely to order from them again.

I wouldn't use them again. We ordered products and the delivery driver refused to drive into our property- he wanted to leave the products by the side of the main road. They use a company with 20tn trucks and cannot deliver into normal driveways. Beware.

When we contacted Surefire, then only gave us a partial refund, excluding a delivery charge. In the end we have no products and lost about 25% of the original fee.

I ordered their super jumbo hardwood online twice last winter. Great value for money, wood was well seasoned and burnt like a dream.

Product was great -dry, burns well. Delivery - very slow _ was the only letdown

I have used this company for firewood for a number of years and I have never been even slightly dissapointed with anything.

The logs are clean and seasoned for burning, the coal they sell seems to be very good quality and burns very hot indeed.

I shall be placing another order in the next few days.
