I was charged for a renewal and requested a refund well within the 14-day window their own policy states. Support declined, claiming refunds "only apply to the first purchase, not renewals" — a carve-out that isn't clear up front and directly contradicts the plain reading of their 14-day refund policy. The product wasn't even live or active on my end. Be very careful before letting this auto-renew, because getting your money back afterward is apparently off the table regardless of the timeframe.

EDIT: I did reach out to support and they doubled down on not offering a refund. It wasn't until I left this review that they provided the refund.

I would give SureMembers zero stars if I could. The platform is awful. You have to add SureCart and SureTriggers, which is really OttoKit. Nothing flows. My memberships and purchase flow are a mess. I'm absolutely at a loss. Their tutorials are out of date. Their customer support is awful unless you like interacting with chatbots that report that they are offline, or you like waiting three days for email responses. I definitely do not recommend SureMembers

SureMembers is not enough on its own:
For professional use (training sites, paid access, subscriptions), you'll need to add :

SureCart (for payments)
SureTriggers (to automate redirects, emails, conditional access)

I emailed them before buying to see if the plugin was going to be able to help and it did. It's working great so far. It has the features I needed and the support has been top class. I look forward on connecting it with SureCart and Presto Player for my web developing needs.
