BEWARE!!!
Very nice and professional at first and It’s incredibly easy to purchase, but when it comes to obtaining a letter that states the aggregate/Project limit (letter of bondability), they never call you back instead they inform you that it’s a free service They don’t provide during business hours! I have yet to obtain that letter. I call back and they hang up. Very unprofessional. If you are just trying to run a business and go about your way I’d advise to take your business elsewhere.

I am not sure why this states that we do not call back as I see many calls back and forth. Unfortunately, we were not able to get you approved for this Bondability letter. We notified you of this on the phone. While we service other bonds for you, this particular letter is credit underwritten. We do apologize and hope you were able to successfully get the letter that you needed

Not as tough as you’d think
The process of obtaining the bond was well organized and was accompanied by easy-to-follow instructions. We were also able to add my husband’s name to the bond without any hassle. I recommend Surety Bond Direct.

Worst company I have ever dealt with
Worst company I have ever dealt with. I waited over two weeks just to be lied to. They sent me a written quote with one price, then came back later trying to charge something completely different. That is their mistake, yet they refuse to stand behind their own quote.
Their customer service is absolutely despicable — dismissive, unhelpful, and unapologetic. Save yourself the headache and find another surety bond company to work with. Owen Hardy
Bond Specialist was the person I had to deal with.
