Such lovely people to deal with
Such lovely people to deal with, both when I bought their heavy duty gazebo in 2014 and a replacement cover 2026. The new cover fits the existing sides perfectly, the frame is pretty much like new and structurally strong.

Excellent customer service
Very speedy responses to my emails. Staff seemed personable and friendly and seemed to really care about helping. The product (a replacement that is used regularly for 7+ years) is as well made as the previous. Can’t fault this company or their products

Always someone to answer the phone. In this day and age that’s special . The product is exceptional quality & customer service second to none. They always go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need, even when things go wrong they never quibble, they assist! I’m very appreciative, would recommend.
