Absolutely appalling service. I purchased a pack of 2 boxes of slimming patches but once I thought I had purchased I was taken to another page. Advertisements, of course but at the bottom of the page it said to tick to confirm purchase. Me silly, did so but it actually made a second unwanted purchase.
I emailed them immediately to cancel the order but of course email, email, replied to emails, received more emails repeating the same questions. Grrrrrrr!
I contacted Trading Standards but it is too soon for them to step in.
The company is stalling & I have now been informed that the goods are out for delivery. I do not recommend at all. They also say supported by the NHS which is totally ridiculous. I will keep updating.

SCAM SCAM SCAM PRODUCT. they don't reply to emails, the product doesn't work, they don't accept returns, they don't accept cancellations even before the 24 hours they claim they will. They are a bunch of S.C.A.M.M.E.R SCUM

Complete waste of money and they are shipped from China
Definitely not larger patches, they are small and no micro needles at all,
They advertise 180 day refund policy but have to return within 10 days of receipt
They are a small bandaid not a patch to help with weight loss

They advertise 5cm patches,and they're not they're very small,also advertised as made in the uk,again lies,they're american,I stupidly didn't read reviews first,but I suppose that's American companies for you,absolutely should hang their heads in shame

Total waste of money. Did not do anything. Made no difference at all. Very small patches.

First the company AELHEART charged me double, when questioned they said it was shipping. On Website it states made in great Britain? And many emails back and forth they re funded me the money. Patches were very small and didn't work at all. When I asked for full refund as stated on their site 180 days money back guarantee. They would only give 30% DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Die Patches haben auf meiner Haut gebrannt und ich hatte Bauchschmerzen.
Die Bilder auf der Website vom Produkt und die zugeschickten Produkte weichen auch stark ab.
Ich habe den Kundenservice angeschrieben mehrfach und keine Antwort erhalten.
Eine Rücksendung ist demnach nicht möglich, obwohl damit geworben wird. Das Unternehmen ist nicht erreichbar und das Produkt wirkungslos. Ich rate vom Kauf ab. Es ist reiner Betrug.

15/02/2026 - 19/04/2026. Very disappointed in them, used them as advised for 10 weeks and lost nothing. They were very small , size of maybe a thumb nail. Considering they were supposed to be made in Australia the boxes had made in USA, Waste of $100 .

Received tiny patches a fraction of the size of the ones advertised and after two weeks of daily use saw no measurable results but I was left with itchy welts on my skin where the patches had been placed. Total con.
