having bought a coat from surplus military ,and when it arrived i needed a bigger size i then got in touch and paid 15 pounds to return coat for an exchange
up till then customer service was ok .but when the tracking said it was delivered there no more contact
7 emails later and still nothing still waiting for the exchange,, so now having to report this through PayPal for full refund i wont buy from here again and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone avoid if possible
customer service is non existent even after sending proof of posting and tracking saying delivered still nothing deserves a minus 5 star

Ordered a pair of boots but only received the automatic "order placed" email. No response to my emails and the phone number just has a message telling you to email any queries.
Thankfully, I paid via Paypal so actioned a complaint and received a refund immediately/

It's all fake I didn't get a gore tex pants which cost around $150 all I got is a fake Chinese pants which you can get from AliExpress for $25 just got scammed

This website/company masquerade behind companies of similar names that are legitimate. Goods were ordered but were not dispatched and no emails were answered. You cannot contact them on the phone. I have reported to my bank for a chargeback and will report to UK Trading Standards. A scam operation.

The goods advertised are not what you receive. They are cheap plastic inferior goods. In fact they sent me a completely different item to what I'd ordered, it was far cheaper and really much like a child's toy. They take over 3 weeks to deliver, this is not what it says when making payment. They deliver items separately and can come up to 5 weeks after ordering. They take anywhere between 4 days to a week to reply to emails. The contact phone number is invalid. The emails switch between French and English. For 5 weeks they have promised to send the merchandise I paid for and now they have totally blanked me.
They have used the name of a very reputable company and in fact piggy backed off the other company's website so you really don't have much comeback as a consumer. They have no reviews on trustpilot or any other consumer site that I can find!
If you don't want to be scammed like me do yourselves a favour and steer clear of this company.
