I have been a loyal user of Survey Harbor for a long time and used to receive my payments via Payeer without any issues. However, due to changes in payment methods, I requested a withdrawal to USDT (TRC-20) on March 13, 2026.
My request ID is 19133. It has been in "Processing" status for more than 45 days. I have contacted support multiple times via the website and email, but I have received no response.
I am very disappointed because I always completed surveys honestly. I hope the administration will see this and finally process my payment or at least explain the delay.

This company should be legally banned in all countries around the world, and I will explain why. First of all: I have never seen worse customer support than theirs; I sent them a lot of emails, and I received responses to no more than 5% of what I wrote. Secondly: when you take a survey, at first a company tries to find out your attitude towards its products, but you don’t know which company is conducting the survey. They ask leading questions *which can take a very long time*, and once they see that your responses are not in their favor, the survey abruptly ends, and you, having spent a lot of time, earn nothing. Since I didn’t know which company it was, I started writing positive reviews for all examples (for instance: I don’t like the Prisma store, but I didn’t know they were the ones who commissioned the survey; after they saw my dissatisfaction on many criteria, they
kick you out of the survey). When I realized this, I started gaming the system, writing that everything was great for everything I didn’t like. After that, the completion rate of the questionnaires almost reached 100%. The whole point of this site is to collect FALSE statistics that don’t exist in reality. If you don’t lie to them, you won’t earn anything. Thirdly: from December 9, 2024, to November 19, 2025, I earned 300 points according to their system, 100 points = 8 euros, multiplied by 3 = 24 euros for the entire period. During the whole time, I was only able to complete 21 questions; I can’t even count how many I failed. On November 25, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of this very small amount of money (i.e., 24 euros) (today is January 25, 2026, 3 months have passed) and the money has not arrived. Not only do they not allow you to earn money, they also don’t pay out. I believe such companies should be banned.
Эта компания во всех странах мира на законодательном уровне должна быть запрещена, объясняю почему.  Во-первых : хуже службы поддержки как у них я не видел, я им очень много отправлял писем, ответы получал максимум на 5% от того что я писал. Во-вторых : когда вы проходите опрос, поначалу та или иная компания пытается выяснить ваши отношения к её продукции, какая именно компания проводит опрос вы не знаете, они задают наводящие вопросы *это может происходить очень долго*, после того как они видят что вы пишете не в их пользу, опросник обрывается и вы потратив много времени  ничего не зарабатываете. Так как я не знаю какая это компания, я начал писать на все примеры позитивные отзывы,( к примеру : мне не нравится магазин Призма, но я не знаю что они  заказали опрос, после того когда они увидели по многим критериям моё недовольство, они выбрасывают тебя с опросника). Когда я это понял, после этого я начал обманывать систему, на всё что мне не нравится я писал что всё отлично. После этого, проходимость опросников  дошла почти до уровня 100% . В чём суть этого сайта, собирать ЛЖИВУЮ статистику который в природе нет. Если вы им не будете врать, вы ничего не заработаете. В-третьих : с 9 декабря 2024 года по 19 ноября 2025 года я заработал 300 баллов по их системе, 100 баллов - это 8 евро умножить на 3 = 24 евро за весь период. За всё время только 21 вопрос мне удалось пройти, сколько не удалось их даже не сосчитать. В 25 ноября 2025 года я поставил эти очень маленькие деньги (то есть 24 евро) на вывод (сегодня 25 января 2026 года, прошло 3 месяца) денег нет. Мало того что они заработать не дают, они ещё и не выплачивают. Считаю такие фирмы должны быть под запретом.

Only on the first day, as I registered, I was given surveys. After that, it was over the next day. In addition to this, even if there are surveys, they do not pay you for them after completing them. You give them your data and they use it. I would advise not to deal with them. I wrote to their technical support and they didn't even answer me. One of the worst survey sites.

На сайте с июля 2019 года. За это время смогла накопить и вывести только 309 рублей. Ужасно редко приходят опросы! За опросы мало платят (в среднем за опрос около 13 руб) - меньше, чем на других сайтах.
