good customer service
Customer service was great in terms of booking the survey and getting answers to initial questions I had.
Survey was reasonably clear and had lots of helpful
photos.
Follow up call was a bit rushed and not hugely illuminating.

We chose Survey Hut after reading…
We chose Survey Hut after reading through local recommendations.
We weren’t disappointed.
The report was easy to follow and was backed up by photographs of certain areas.
We were impressed by the clarity of the roof and chimney photographs taken by their Drone.
We were given the opportunity to make a telephone appointment to discuss the findings of the Survey afterwards.
Everything was easy to understand.
We would certainly recommend Survey Hut.

Really easy to schedule the survey and did exactly as agreed. The survey itself was very detailed but easy to digest, with a helpful follow up call to run through. Would definitely recommend. Thanks James and team.

Survey completed quickly and to a high standard.
James completed our survey for us and we couldn’t ask for more really. The survey was booked promptly and came back to us quickly and was detailed. We arranged a call for a few days after to discuss some things a bit more which we found really helpful and gave us more of an understanding of issues raised.
We also found Riz really helpful in the booking phase!
I would definitely recommend this company and would use again in the future if required.

Excellent Report - Great Surveyor!
My report was very clear and understandable. However, I needed it explained in laymans terms so had a call with James, and he was super friendly, down to earth and explained everything clearly. Thanks!

Worth every penny!
Great and transparent from start to finish. The level 3 report was detailed with everything we would expect to find. It helped us greatly in deciding next steps and in our case saved us potentially a lot of money in the long run!
We had Rob Milne as our surveyor and he was excellent. The call to discuss the report afterwards was also welcomed as first time buyers we were new to the process and Rob took the time to explain everything in depth.
We will definitely be using Survey Hut again in the future.

Survey on older property
Great service from James. Report was done and I was notified straight away once it was ready to view. I had a phone call a week later so James could talk me through the survey. I found this very helpful as I found the report quite daunting to read. I would highly recommend James and Survey Hut team.
