Great customer service!!
I brought the wrong size emailed them to see if I could exchanged for the smaller size.
They sent me all the information needed to complete this and have sent out the exchanged out the same day.
Note I did have to pay to send it back but this was me error and I didn’t mind this.

Outstanding quality and fit
I rarely leave reviews or order clothes online, but I decided to take a chance with Sutsu and I’m so glad I did! The quality is outstanding, and their clothes fit so well, which is such a rare find for me. Usually, clothes are either too tight around the chest and baggy at the bottom, or just completely off in terms of proportions. But Sutsu nailed it - everything fits just right.
I’ve had plenty of compliments from friends and family. I’ll definitely be ordering again (having already placed 3 orders since last month)! Highly recommend for anyone who struggles to find the perfect fit.

Quality Product, Even better Customer Service
My customer service experience with Sutsu has been fantastic, my initial sizing estimate turned out to be wrong .... they swiftly arranged an exchange which was put in place as soon as I emailed proof of postage for the returns. When one t-shirt was incorrectly replaced they immediately sent out the correct item and suggested I keep the incorrect t-shirt donating it to a local homeless charity, a fantastic gesture.
The t-shirts themselves appear to be high quality with striking designs. I recommend giving this eco clothing brand a try!

Sutsu T-shirts, Sweatshirt and after sales support
I had looked at Sutsu t-shirts and sweatshirts for a while, and placed an order. When they arrived, the quality of the product exceeded my expectations. The fit of the T-shirts was consistent, but slightly small around the shoulders. When I contacted the customer service team (Jon), they could not have been more helpful. They sent me the next size up to try, and then processed my exchange for the ones I had from the proof of postage, to speed things up.
Replacement t-shirts arrived just in time for a trip away which was perfect.
I will be keeping an eye on this brand for new designs and I will be ordering again.
After sales service like this is such a rarity this days, I find. A credit to them.

Il sito ha taglie contrastanti: la tabella delle misure è sbagliata rispetto a quelle reali e a cosa scrivono nelle recensioni: una s è una xs etc.
Inoltre, spediscono dall'inghilterra e non si fanno carico delle spese di restituzione quindi sono a carico dell'utente con tutti i costi. Le spese di spedizione non sono così abbordabili.

Grazie per aver dedicato del tempo a scrivere una recensione e mi dispiace vedere che ritieni che la taglia sul sito non sia corretta. Lo abbiamo ricontrollato ed è corretto, ma c'è una tolleranza di 2 cm su tutti i capi (che è lo standard del settore) ma se hai un problema con l'ordine, inviaci un'e-mail a hello@sutsu.com e faremo tutto il possibile per risolverlo per te. Per quanto riguarda le spese di spedizione, siamo un marchio indipendente quindi non siamo in grado di coprire le spese di spedizione dei resi perché non abbiamo il margine per farlo. Ne parliamo nella nostra pagina di spedizione e restituzione, ma posso capire la frustrazione: anche noi siamo frustrati a causa della Brexit.
Great service and designs
I ordered some tshirts last week as i'm heading out to the slopes this weekend. I dropped them and email explaining this and my parcel arrived a day earlier than expected. Great service and a lovely product. I love their simple designs without having a brand name emblazoned all-over the garment. I'll no doubt be back. Also thanks to Eimer for your help.

Très chouettes sweatshirts...les plus récents sont plus larges ce qui peut entraîner une erreur de taille lors de la commande... mais les plus près du corps vont revenir bientôt ....livraison un peu retardee...Ordered on the 7th décember and not yet received 3 weeks later . No news...just should tell customer how long really it will take!!! Mais globalement très réactifs par mail!!

Thanks for the review Sandrine - as discussed on email there were some significant challenges around Xmas deliveries and Royal Mail let us both down. Normal delivery is not that long and also it can be related to customs and the time they take to scan the goods etc.

Sutsu contacted me and solved the problem by sending me another type of sweater. Really satisfied about how the handles the problem when they noticed it.
I think the shirts are delivered by Sutsu themselves, by bike. Ordered a Christmas jumper 3/12 and today when its Christmas, it has still not arrived. Maybe I can use it for the next christmas.
I ordered from this company because I thought it would be something extraordinary. So far Temu is way better.

Thanks for the review and am sorry to read your frustration. I hope you can understand that like with any online order sometimes we are both let down by the courier. Just to confirm the timeline (for you and anyone reading this) we do make all garments to order which takes 3-5 working days. We shipped it the Monday after you ordered and unfortunately it looks like the order has got stuck with Royal Mail at their international hub and I hope you can understand it would be foolish of us as a business model to not deliver in a timely fashion. We will organise a replacement for you and recover the cost of the original order for you. We would be happy to change the design if you wanted something that wasn't Christmas related. I will email you direct to confirm.

This is my second time ordering from Sutsu, with a lovely warm, soft and stylish jumper to add to my lovely t-shirt! I got a compliment from my neighbour as soon as I left the house in it which was an added bonus! 😂 I love the values of your business and wish you every success ❤️

Thanks for the review and sorry to read your frustration. Just to confirm we were only made aware of the issue a few minutes before this review was done and within 24 hours we organised a replacement to be made and shipped to you using a different courier and can see that the order was received and signed for. I hope you can see that as soon as we were aware the courier let you (and us down) we actioned an expedite of a replacement and had it in your hands very quickly. Hopefully the gift is well received on Christmas day.

Jeez you would not need to be in a hurry. It was expensive for a Xmas jumper - but I liked it due to the cause behind it -- however, it must be delivered by snail mail ........ with the price of the jumper - could at least have been delivered with some speed !!!!!!
Aware that the products are made on order - but checking the delivery - I would be quicker jogging to pick it up. Looking forward to a delivery soon

Thanks for the review and sorry to read you dissapointment at the delay in delivery. We make all garments to order which takes 3-5 working days. We do mention this on each product page and also the email confirmation but understand these things can be missed. Whilst we know "fast fashion" is very much a thing we actively try to avoid over production and putting undue pressure on the environment / natural resources - unfortunately this means it takes a little longer to arrive (rather than it being entirely the couriers fault - although we know that pretty much every courier service at the moment is a day or two behind its normal service as well). I have checked your tracking and it should be arriving tonight (or worst case tomorrow). Thanks for the patience.

Review: LOVE IT! Really good quality. Really great sweatshirt. Always get nice comments when wearing. Plus I’m 6ft 7” / 200cm and it’s joyfully nice and long / fits really well. Recommend.
