We have just had a 14 day family travel adventure through Vietnam with yourselves. Starting in Hanoi and finishing in Ho Chi Minh.
It was the most amazing adventure. We loved every minute. I want to say thank you as your planning and itinerary were perfect down to every detail. Your contact via WhatsApp during the trip was reassuring and prompt with information for the next day. You looked after us so well during the trip and we definitely want to visit Vietnam again in future.

A friend recommended Swallow Travel for my trip to Vietnam .

On my initial contact with them , I asked if they could put together an itinerary for a visit of 4 weeks .

My initial contact was with Rosie Dinh who put together the itinerary , which I was more than happy with , also I could gage what the price would be for the package . But my plans weren’t concrete on first contact .

A few weeks elapsed before I made contact again, when I had a firmer idea of my plans. A Vietnamese Visa is for 30 days , so asked them if they could make the itinerary for 30 days , with a few tweaks at the end , due to my flights .

This they did with no hesitation, and drew up an amended itinerary in no time , my new point of contact was , Thuong Nguyen . She informed me that Rosie had moved on to pastures new .

And I must admit the communication throughout was excellent, before and during the booking process . A 10% deposit was required on booking, with the remainder payed 6 weeks before departure.

On my arrival at Vietnam , landing at Nội Bài airport Hà Nội , I didn’t have to think about anything. It was all organised, a driver was waiting to transfer me to my hotel .

The whole month was organised very well, Ang Nguyen always kept me informed about pick up times for the next days trips , or transfers to the airport for internal flights . Advised me if there were changes to flight times etc .

Normally I plan holidays myself, but to be honest choosing Swallow Travel to organise my Vietnam trip was the best decision I made , felt like royalty at times . They are an excellent company , and great to deal with .

The itinerary was so varied, and balanced with quite a few rest days in between, which I’d asked for . I was able to see most of Vietnam’s highlights, and do some of my own things as well .

Couldn’t recommend Swallow Travel highly enough . Great communication throughout, well organised itinerary, and the day trips were superb . Therefore, if your thinking of visiting Vietnam , I wouldn’t look any further than Swallow Travel .

My favourite travel agent for SE Asia. Thuong was kind and thoughtful. She greeted us on arrival at our hotel, and made sure our 10 day tour, North to South Vietnam, was perfect. We added a trip to Laos and Seam Reap....no problem. Swallow organised everything for us, whatever we wanted. A couple of years later, I contacted Thuong for another holiday, this time to Northern Vietnam, the Sapa regions. This was stunning, and the hotels she chose were so beautiful. Swallow Travel has been wonderful to deal with especially during this pandemic. They constantly provided updates and also refunded the cost of the trip when the international borders were closed. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be booking my first trip once borders open with them.

My family did a north of Vietnam trip with swallow travel. Our driver Hoan was wonderful. This company are so amazing -great value, attention to detail and wonderful prices. We will definitely book other trips with them when it is safe to travel.

We have run into a problem at airport my passport was only valid for 3 months and they didn’t let us travel as our plans. Luckily we got a new passport and flights in 24 hours. Vietnam 🇻🇳 traveling North to South starting in Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Hue, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh City. My husband and I planned a trip to Seam Reap, Cambodia and Vietnam for 12 days. From the initial planning to the execution, Swallow Travel, did a fabulous, professional, well planned, well thought out itinerary for us. The guides and drivers were all very kind and knowledgeable. The hotels were just what we were looking for. They were available to help us with any questions, or concerns and very quick to respond.
