tried service, did not worked as I expected and asked for refund. And guess what... ignored to respond. Its crazy how they're allowed to operate like this... but yeah when I read that company registered in the UK not surprise here.
These are scammers. I don't know how they got my credit card but they have continued to bill me. I have lost more than $500. It's been a nightmare also working with my bank and visa. I blocked. The charges reappeared. I got a new credit card. Charges reappeared. I am going to close my bank account as soon as I can arrange it. Check out their web site. Where is it based? How do you contact them? None of the basics check out. Stay away! Stay away!

What exactly do you mean by “the software does not really work”? Our app offers a free trial — anyone can use it without paying. If you're satisfied with the results, you can then choose to pay to remove the watermark. So I don’t understand your claim that “the software does not work,” because if you tried it before paying, it should have worked for you.
Also, our credits never expire. You can use them anytime, there is no pressure or time limit. Please clarify what issue you encountered, and provide your account details so we can look into this.
they have made great improvements, AI2 is much better than AI1, now there is a preview and the best: finally a queue to edit multiple files.
It would be nice to have a ‘switch off the computer when everything is done’ button, but I'm sure they'll do that and continue to work on AI2 to solve problems with downward angles.
