My rug came quickly & was of good quality, and exactly as pictured. I ran into an issue with the size of my rug being smaller than a table I ordered from a separate vendor, (at no fault of their own). They quickly assisted me with my return options, and fairly compensated me for my trouble.

Very easy to order my couch covers for two separate couches. Received the products promptly and packaged well. Found the quality to be great.

WEBSITE SCAM! REALLY READ WHAT PEOPLE SAY IN THESE REVIEWS! NO ORDER RECEIVED BUT WEBPAGE SAYING IT WAS DELIVERED! Company IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT - THE CONTACT PHONE # provided IS NOT IN SERVICE/NONFUNCTIONING! VERY FRUSTRATED! Tracking for 2 couch covers ordered 4/29 are providing conflicting information including the fact that the delivery was “received” today 5/6/23 but never was- the tracking isn’t even “USPS” tracking link provided wasn’t even able to provide a traceable order and kept glitching. I tried calling the only “contact phone” provided o the site and the number wasn’t going through/doesn’t exist.. I’m believe this company is fraudulent I’ve already reported them to PayPal and my bank and am continuing to reach out wherever I can until I get my refund and I want this IMMEDIATELY!

If I could put 0 star I would. Very poor quality product from China. When you ask for a return they make it clear that you return the product at your own risk of losing the product and the money. They offered a refund of $20 on a $300 product. I think it’s a continuation of the scam to get your info!

Quality on faux rugs was fine but overallpoor. No returns without sending BACK TO CHINA. Seller offered $40 on a $300 order. Buyer beware.

I ordered a velvet couch cover and what I got was the thinnest polyester fabric I have ever seen. Still waiting to hear about returning it and getting a refund. Terrible terrible terrible quality

Received my rug which was in a thin plastic bag and a folded mess! The rug was damaged and super cheap looking - it’s a picture of a pattern stamped on a rug.

Do not waste any money on this company!!

I contacted them to ask for a refund and they sent me a link on how to flatten out the rug which was the least of my issues then when I said I wanted to return it for a refund, this is what they wrote me…

The products are worth pennys. Do NOT purchase anything from them. Trying to get a refund is a nightmare. Bought a rug and it looks like something you’d find at the Dollar Tree. So bad.

Scam! Their product was on subpar quality. Mailed them back the item following their return instructions. They refuse to pick it up and issue a refund. It has been sitting 5 months with the Chinese post in Shenzen. Lost approximately $800.

Upon receipt of the rug I decided I needed to return it. After corresponding with Lisa she advised that the money would be refunded and it was.

It feels good&great for summer because it‘s not too thick.

It fits great and easy to put on . Good quality, I do want to note that if you have a white sofa and care about how it looks once the cover is off,expect to see some dye transferred from the cover into your cushions

If I could rate 0 I would. I received a sofa cover that didn’t look at all as to what was advertised. It does NOT fit at all and came with no instructions . .I emailed the company and haven’t heard back. Do not buy from them! I wish I hadn’t.

Couch covers are not what they advertise. They don't line up or fit at all. The reviews have to be fake since they look so tailored to the couch. They aren't. Waste of $250. Since they were "on sale" no returns are available. That's how they get out of returns.

Honestly I am speechless that a company like this is able to keep operational. For reference we spent around $300 of our hard earned money on a large patterned white rug and what we received was horrible, filmsy and quite frankly a joke of a piece of fabric. The first red flag was that a 6.5' x 8' rug fit in a compressed, poorly wrapped parcel, no bigger than a small pillow. Delivery took longer than expected. When we opened it, we were horrified that the so called rug looked nothing like the image on the website. We are disappointed. More disappointed that we didn't do a quick search of this company before purchasing. Buyer beware, they have clearly flooded Trust Pilot with fake 5* reviews, please consider all the warnings and move elsewhere. The price was too good to be true and we were scammed.

This company is a SCAM!!!! Stay away! I ordered a couch cover from them online and I received one that was nothing like the one I had seen online. I contacted them shortly after telling them what happened about my order. They said they would send me a replacement and to mail back the old one. Weeks go by and nothing ever comes in the mail. I reach out to them again and they said that it was never sent as the stock was not available for several weeks in the one I wanted. I then follow up again weeks later each time more irritated that they do not keep me up to date on the status of my replacement. They give me a tracking number and said my new couch cover would arrive on February 19th. I wait again and nothing gets updated on the tracking page site. I reach out 2 more times. Once on February 21st and once on February 25th to find out why I still haven’t received anything. No response back and I believe I will not hear back now. They are the worst company. Stay away! They will steal your money. I hope they get shut down for good/go out of business!!!

Since I posted my review on Trustpilot, Sweaterpicks reached out and offered me a refund only if I deleted my review here. So shady! They absolutely know of their fraudulent behavior. I encourage everyone here to report them to agencies that investigate fraud and to the payment vendors they use (Apply Pay, Shop, Google Pay). They also have a fake Better Business Bureau badge on their site so I know the BBB will have some issue with that. Also file a complaint with your bank or credit card company to get your money back. This place should not be in business. Who knows how much money they've scammed people out of with this racket, but they should not, at the very least, continue to be able to use reputable payment processors to bilk customers of their money.

I wish I had known about this site prior to purchasing my rug. It arrived after a month and I was stunned when I opened the package and saw what looked like a bath mat you got from a dollar store. It looked nothing like the product page. It had a poor dye job and left white marks when touching (it was supposed to be green)

I wanted to return it for a refund based on their claims of “easy returns” and just had an email back and forth of them playing games and making it difficult to get my money back. I got the same script posted in other reviews about their “logistics company” and how items can get lost when mailed back that sounded more like an assurance it will.

I tried to leave a negative review on the product page which never showed. That’s when I realized all their reviews on the site are 4 or 5 star reviews that are completely fabricated with phony pics! Do not buy from them or kiss your money goodbye!

I don’t even understand how these people are in business. The pictures and the reviews underneath their products are absolute lies. I received mine today I didn’t even get the thing halfway open and I had a handful of hair from the rug absolutely terrible quality definitely not worth the 500 I paid I probably wouldn’t even buy it for $75. Had I had seen it prior. Not only is it amazing that all of the products have five star reviews yet when you go to a third-party website all the reviews are terrible I’ve contacted them for a refund. They won’t respond to me.

I don’t know how these people are able to put these fake reviews but they damn sure I’ll be fine for it. I bought this based on the review not only did it not take a certain amount of days that they said it would it took way over a month and I can’t even get it open because there’s black hair all over my living room living room
