I made an account then tried to log in and couldn't, when I reached out to customer service about this they told me due to their "internal security review" I can't join. I am a customer of almost every sweeps site out there. Never been in trouble never made a duplicate or fake account. Never even attempted to use a bonus code twice. If they want to block me for no reason what says they wont do the same to you after you win big. Just saying ive never been treated this rude on any site in the past 2 years ive been playing. Shady is shady take my word, try a different site please!

Decent redemption time, good customer service

I had some technical issues collecting my winnings. I shot them an email (not really expecting a response). They responded right away and said they would look into my problem. They emailed me back that same day and figured everything out. They told me the process of it all and when I should expect my money as they had to verify my account. I believe that was because of the amount I won. They emailed me again this morning and the funds were in my account.
What I truly believed was going to be such a hard task getting my money was such a breeze every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with them. Thank you!
