SCAM ARTISTS !!!!!!!!

I posted this on every item they shared to their Facebook page. So now they have blocked comments on Facebook. I guess they don’t want people to know that they are scammers.

Had to give 1 star so that I could write the review, but wish there was an option for 0 or negative number.

Placed my order in mid May. Waited 6 weeks before inquiring about status. Giving the the benefit of the doubt, due to COVID. Was given a USPS tracking number that to this date still shows as waiting for the merchandise to be turned over to them.

Inquired several more times and was given tracking information screenshot showing that it had arrived from China and was in the warehouse on the west coast.

More inquiries and I get told that it will arrive the following week. That was to be the 3rd week of July.

Package never arrived, inquired again and they tell me it was delivered. Note that USPS still shows that they are waiting on the package being turned over to them.

Inquire again, they tell me it's delivered and I should file a claim with USPS. I am not the shipper, I don't have their account information, I can't file a claim.

I go back to them again and ask them to refund my Visa and they can file a claim with USPS. Their response was that they cannot refund the money and I should file a claim with my credit card. Why should my credit card company take the loss for merchandise they have not delivered.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!!

I never received my order

I ordered three items on line in May and I haven’t received anything in August. Three shipping info were provided: one doesn’t exist, one showed the item is still in China and the other one showered delivered but who knows where it’s been delivered to. It’s a frustrating experience and I wish I could have checked the customer reviews before I placed my order. Don’t order anything from here.

I would never recommend this company

I would never recommend this company. Product is defective and they want me to ship back to the United Kingdom.
They should have done quality control because if you purchase 4 items and 2 don’t fit right and they were identical items just different colors. They should have a place in USA to return defects. I would advise other people not to use this company

The company is terrible to deal with .Customer service is beyond imagination .Especially NIKKA does not know what is customer service should be and totally ignore me !
I bought hand juicer they claim it is stainel steel but it end up black metal with black dust after wash it before use ! This is lead and dangerous for our health . Consumer affairs should step in and the health department ! They refuse to give me full refund .
They should know what they are selling !
Stand behind their product .
Not only making money .
I advice all do not shop there ! Plenty of others good company around !
For me was the first and last time !

Joke of the year

I placed an order on 4/3/2020 for 2 36 rolls of toilet paper, I received the order on 7/6/2020. If I had received a regular order it would not be so bad, but I received 2 orders of 6 rolls each. The rolls were not regular sized US rolls they are tiny, like a toy. I paid $61.25 and to return this order is to the United Kingdom and the postage back to them would be between $25 and $35 dollars and the whole thing is not even 1 pound. This is a scam and a joke.

Horrible shipping to Canada

Bought an item before Covid and they had at the time of shipping if you didn't have it with in 60 days you would get a refund. My product didn't come till after 90 days they told me they would not refund me and blamed shipping on Covid. The shipping sucked the customer service sucked would definitely be concerned about this place before purchasing. I will not be buying anything from this website any longer.

I wish I could give this company a zero…

I wish I could give this company a zero star. Ordered since April 24th with Order #12084 confirmed. Until now, I have not heard anything from anyone. I have actually emailed them twice with no response. I also tried calling the fake number listed on the website and it was talking about direct tv. Please do not order from this company. It’s a total sham of a company.
I my goods come from China and they arrive in 3-7 days even with the pandemic still going on and this order has lingered since April. Avoid! Avoid!! Avoid!!! at all cost.

Please read its shipping policy before ordering!!!

Everyone, please read its shipping information before ordering from Sweet &Rosy. It takes almost feel like forever to get the item delivered shipping from China due to the pandemic. During my order I couldn’t found it’s shipping info. So please check it!!!!!!!!! The company said 4 to 8 weeks for delivery!!! If the delivery takes that looooooong, company should warn customers. My order was a time sensitive item.
BAD BAD BAD!!!
Edition 1: A few days ago, I’ve asked S&R for cancel my order and asked for refund and got a reply back saying that I can get refund of the item if the good is not delivered in 60 days. Shoppers, please read its delivery information before purchasing any item from S&R. Hope my posting is helping!

Yes, due to the pandemic, shipping times have been delayed.

Most of our items are shipped directly from the US, but due to stock shortages caused as a knock-on effect of the pandemic, some items have been shipped from overseas.

This is really out of our hands, once we give the order to the shipping company, we trust them to deliver.

From time-to-time, they do let us down, and therefore let our customers down too.

The best we can do in this situation is to send a replacement, or refund the customer, which is what we did for you.

We feel a 1 star review is a little unfair, based on us shipping the item, and refunding refunding promptly.

We're out of pocket on both ends, now also a very bad review because the shipping company failed to deliver.

Piece of junk. Very disappointed.

Poorly made. Doesn’t sit evenly on the table. Can’t close it once it is opened. Very disappointed. Very cheap material. Waste of money
