Hi,
I have rated you two stars - as I paid for personalised stickers on the sweets and the colour isn’t very good in the picture you can only just make out what the picture is - I ordered three days - one bag was fine and the other two not so good - maybe improve on the personalised detail - and print a sticker with good colour’

Hi Shontelle. I am so sorry that you are not happy with the personalised stickers. Unfortunately sometimes the quality of the picture that is sent to us is not of a very good quality and this is reflected in the final print. I can see that 2 of your pictures are very low quality hence this issue. If you would like to contact us with alternative higher quality images we can get these sent out to you in good time for Christmas, as these were Christmas bags you ordered. Also I must point out that the personalisation on all products is actually free, so with that being said we feel 2 stars is quite a harsh score, but we do thank you for you honest review.
Sweets are great
Sweets are great. It's the price that just kills it for me. This is my second order but with a black Friday deal. Honestly I'd order a bag every week if they were cheaper.
Even with the black Friday deal £24 including delivery for 2kg of sweets is a bit strong.

We do feel that we offer good value for money when all things such as the quality of our packaging, the wide variety of sweets available to be customised in your bags, and the free personal messages or images are considered. The costs of all areas of business and logistics have risen a great deal in the past 12 months and unfortuantely this is refelected in many products on the high street and online. We are no exeption. That being said, thanks for ordering again using our 30% off BF deal. If you do want 30% off again then we do offer a monthly subscription service where you can get 30% off your chosen pick n mix each month!

These personalized bags are amazing, i had two lots made with a different photo on each order. The printing of the photo was so clear and the bags are lovely and full with sweets. So pleased and will be using them again. Very quick delivery and i also was given a halloween offer code saving 20%

Hi Will. Thanks for your comments. As you know...the sweets we stock vary massivley in size and weight, so allthough we do try and make the amount as even as possible it may sometimes seem like you get more of one type than another, but each scoop/portion will weight approximately the same.

Ordered a halloween special for our boys. Accidentally ordered twice, but my email was responded to exceptionally quickly and they were extremely professional. Our boys are over the moon at the delicious variety of sweets they’ve gotten! Thanks all, can’t wait to order again

Great personalised experience
Ordered at Sweet Cheeks as part of a corporate event for a large financial services firm in the Channel Islands. Due to the size of the order, we sent inquiries to many similar businesses with specific requirements such as number of pouches, budget and content requirements. Surprisingly few of the competitors responded with genuine personalised responses, despite quite a decent budget, including potential follow on orders. This already stood out in the selection process. Due to being a major global firm with employees from a diverse set of backgrounds, it was very important to us to make everyone feel included, in our case that is in particular relation to muslim co-workers who can not eat gelatine and as such cant eat most pick'n'mix. Donna went out of her way to accommodate these requirements and prepared specific pouches with halal friendly pick'n'mix. The result was a lot of happy employees who loved the personalised pouches. As a corporate order we have very little room for error and have to follow many very specific requirements and having Donna organise the whole process was vital in getting to this point of perfection. The order received a lot of internal praise and many clients who attended the event took to branded pouches home as a souvenir and to share with family and friends, which stands testament to the quality of the product but also of the value behind the branded pick'n'mix treats in very appropriate sizes. Thanks to Donna and Sweet Cheeks for making a customer this happy.

Hi Cai. First of all thanks for your order and also for taking advantage of our 20% discount offer! We also hope you found spreading your payments with Clearpay to be helpful. Secondly, we are so sorry that you feel disappointed that there were only 5 tongue painters in the mix. We can see that you ordered a 1kg bag with 10 different sweets. We always try and get a mix that is equal across all your choices, but with the varying sizes and weights of the sweets, this can be very difficult as each bag content is completely bespoke and picked fresh to order. If you do feel like you have a favourite sweet, then you can order this multiple times in the same bag mix to get more of that sweet. I hope this helps if you decide to order again with us. You also can use the 15% first order discount next time. FIRSTORDER15

Hi Morgan. We can only apologise for this on behalf of our courier. You should have had a tracking email from us and you can see that they picked up your parcel on 29th June from us. I can see from the courier tracking system that there has been no movement on this parcel since then. Unfortunately we dont visually track each order due to the volume we send out each day, and we hope that customers get in touch with us via email or social media asap to let us know on the rare occasions they have not had their parcel delivered on time or at all. If you had let us know sooner then we could have rectified this straight away either with the courier or got another order out to you. I will contact you privately via email to discuss this matter.
UPDATE: 31st June - Replacement order was sent as soon as we were made aware by this review and was received by customer 4 days later on 31/06/21.
