Sweetify needed 8 days to prepare and ship my order. To the request to cancel the order nothing was done. First and last time to order something from them.

I have order so many orders with this company and I been very pleased with every time I order and I am so grateful that the company does sweets mixies that is suitable for people who have different dietary requirements eg my dad who has an gluten intolerance.

I’ve ordered from Sweetify multiple times now and every single experience has been brilliant. Hannah always makes the best mixes, especially the 1kg Everything Mix, which is by far my favourite. There’s such a good variety of sweets in the mix and you can tell they’re always fresh and high quality.

What really stands out to me is the consistency. Every time I’ve ordered, the sweets arrive well packaged, fresh, and exactly as described. The portions are generous and you definitely feel like you’re getting great value for money. Delivery has always been quick and reliable as well, which makes the whole experience even better.

I genuinely can’t recommend Sweetify enough, it’s the only sweet shop I order from now.

I’ve only ever had one order not get delivered but I emailed them and they investigated as to why it was not delivered, they re packed my order and it was delivered the very next day. Can’t fault anything and the sweet choices are great. I even ordered again yesterday. Thanks again Hannah.

I recently purchased my first order and I’ll definitely be buying again! The sweets were so fresh and tasty! I got to watch Hannah pack my order on TikTok live (which i absolutely love watching lol). My order was delivered quicker than I expected despite shipping being international! Highly recommend ordering from Sweetify!

All the orders are hand picked sometimes on tik tok live and are packed really and are fantastic value for money, I have ordered nearly 20 times with them and never had any issues

The best place to buy your sweets is here. Hannah always provides the best customer service and care and deserves so much more recognition for her growing company.

I have ordered many times from Sweetify and have never been disappointed. The bags, jars, candy bowls and now the snakle boxes which all look so enticing. Such a wonderful variety of sweets. I love the videos Hannah does and would love to see some of her team on a live. She is a hard working girl and deserves her success.

The sweets are amazing all I would say is that the delivery was a lot longer than I thought, and I couldn’t contact them throughout the process and the app didn’t tell me until the day it was delivered. All together worth the wait just annoying about the customer service.

Ordered over a week ago and still haven't received any tracking information. No answers on emails.

Lovely sweets and TikTok lives, but customer service is bad. I have done couple orders, but all items haven't arrive. One orders is from 29 october and nothing is arrived. I sended four emails to customer service and i got zero answer. Also I ordered christmas sweets. Those had guaranteed arrive till christmas (also international) but I didn't get those till christmas. If you offer international shipping u have to send packages on time.
