Be cautious dealing with Swift. My parents in Robeline, LA. Purchased service with them back in September 17 2025, paying over 200 for some package. Here it is now Nov, 3 service men and multiple phone calls and they still dont have any service whatsoever. You call Swift and they say that they see and IPad and other devices, but Iwe dont see what they see its not at my parents house. Yet they have no problem charging them the monthly fee. Be very weary to trusting this company for any of your needs. I have ignorantly purchased the largest package for ethernet and channels which are offered. That was Sept 17, '25. Today, Oct 31st i still amazes not able to view anything or even link up. I have had 3 service men to none avail, yet they have no problem charging monthly fees, but yet to fix where I can even use it. When called to cancel I have to wait to be able to do that. Its a scam all the way around.
