Hello took a loan from these unlicensed loan sharks. because i couldn't pay on time the were adding ridiculous charges to the account amounting to over 5 times of the initial loan. They were reported to Consumer Protection Services of Canada. They have ceased operating in MB now.

I faced major challenges with this company, because of their customer support, but I have to praise meazontrël_ who was crucial in assisting me.

These guys are crooks. From a processing fee for an auto deposit transfer to 60 dollar "late payment fee" for a 70 dollar payment. They take payment on incorrect days they do whatever they want with your bank account with no notice. STAY FAR AWAY

Bullying and harassment. Threats . Not following Canadian and provincial laws on collection when unforeseen circumstances arise. Their way or the highway when it comes to “arrangements”.

Fairly certain this is not a legitimate loan company.

Totally unreasonable and unwilling to work with clients when unforeseen circumstances occur. The person who communicates from the “collections team” is bold, harassing, belligerent, and downright rude. I made a payment in a smaller instalment yesterday (paid what was agreed upon) and the person from the collections team continuously harassed me to the point I finally had to block the email address.

I'd suggest looking for other options if in need of a loan. There are plenty of places that actually care about their customers out there. Swift Finance is not one of them. Furthermore, their website has bare minimum details which also screams potential scam.

This is honestly one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with! I have dealt with other companies in the past, who if you're having a hard time would at least work with you to clear your loan. This company...not a chance they will threaten, harass, bully you to no end until you pay what they deem suitable. I can't stress enough for anyone to stay FAR AWAY from this company, save yourself the trouble...there are better options out there!

Stay away from this company, they use harassing tactics, will break the law and violate consumer protection agency laws and harass your employer and references when it is illegal to do so. They will ignore your emails and continue to harass you for 1 missed payment and ignore every payment you have already made. They will ignore emails telling them when you will make your payment and illegally threaten you demanding payment be made that day despite it being a violation of consumer protection laws. They do not use their full names, will use multiple names in emails, call from No caller ID number which tells you they have something to hide. Avoid these people

Misleading, get hopes up. Stay away from this company. Like most of these companies. Shady

I’ve dealt with many loan companies in the past, this one is by far the worst I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. I’m not even the type of person to leave a review for anything, but this company is honestly the worst.

Be careful when dealing with this company. I have tried to respond to their emails but today I got a threatening email.
