Too many popups
Every few minutes some promo window pops up over the game. New tournament, new bonus, whatever. I came to spin, not to close windows all evening. Feels like a cluttered news site, not a casino.

Cluttered homepage
There’s so much stuff on the homepage that it’s hard to focus. Promotions, games, banners, news, all mixed. I just wanted to find blackjack and it took longer than it should.

Withdrawal canceled without reason
I requested a cashout, saw it pending, then later it was just gone and money back in my balance. No email, no reason. Only found out in chat that they "needed more docs".

Max withdrawal too low
The max withdrawal per transaction is tiny compared to other casinos I use. Even though I didn’t win big, just seeing that limit made me feel like they couldn’t handle real wins if they ever happened.

Game Providers Hidden
Some games don’t even show who the provider is unless you dig into the info tab. I like to avoid certain studios I’ve had bad runs on. Here I can’t easily tell.

Exceptional Group.
What an experience it has been! When I first joined this group, I had a little understanding of what I was doing but was only getting started. They provided exceptional signals in the meantime whilst I was still learning. Every funded account I have bought came from using the signals provided by this group. Gave me the boost I needed starting up. Appreciate all the key advice and videos. I have now reached the point of me performing my own trades on the market.
