What a brilliant survey we had from Mathew.
Mathew covered everything from loft to drains the survey report was sent back to us later the same day with lots of photographs and a very detailed report.

I'm a first-time buyer and had a RICS Level 2 Survey and Valuation completed on the 8th of August 2023.

The survey was comprehensive with a lot of pictures provided. Mathew helped to ease our concerns about the property.

Overall, Mathew provided an excellent service. Our survey even appeared in our inbox at 10 PM the same day! Mathew was more than happy to answer any additional questions I had after the survey and was very prompt in replying.

Contacted Matthew at SWIFT regarding the Level 2 report for a property we are looking to buy in Wales.

Response was prompt setting out what would be involved and when he could fit us in and were fortunate to secure a slot at short notice.

The survey was completed and report issued same day. As well as the detialed reports, there were circa 500 photos also provided which really helped visualise the findings and went above and beyond the detial I've seen in previous surveys.

Would reccomend Matt for sure and whilst I dont plan to move again for a while, would absolutely use his services again.

Mathew carried out a RICS Level 2 survey for our future property last Friday and had it back to us the same evening.

Their report was very detailed and easy to understand using a colour-coded grade format paired with descriptions (and photos) of any issues, how they are caused and what can be done to fix them. Mathew was professional and friendly over the phone and his advice is both thorough and easy to understand. As first time buyers we very much appreciated Mathew’s level 2 report not assuming too much prior knowledge and explaining as much as possible. It has left us feeling more knowledgeable about the property and aware of what work will need to be done going forward. The report also provided several links to recommended online resources for arranging such work which for us was very useful.

Our experience has been excellent. Mathew was Highly responsive from the outset. Very professional. Our report came back within a day and we could not believe how detailed it was. Lots of pictures marking any areas of concern which allowed us to make a decision. I recently used Swift Home Surveys to carry out a RICS level 2 survey on a property I am currently in the process of purchasing. I was extremely impressed by Mathew's prompt response and the competitively priced cost of his service. He responded very quickly to a couple of queries I had prior to instructing him to act on my behalf. I received the full report and photograph's the same evening that the survey was carried out. After digesting the detailed information provided, I raised a couple of queries with Mathew and again, he was very helpful in his response. Mathew was incredibly efficient, not just with the information provided in the survey, but the speed in which it was sent back to us. I think there may have been less than 20 hours between the survey taking place and the report being recieved! The quality of the report was also very high, including detailed and easy-to-read descriptions of all aspects of the house, as well as photographs alongside. Also, without promopt, Mathew was kind enough to sumerise the key points of the report for us, and supplied us with helpful links and information related to some problems that he discovered. This was really helpful due to how busy we were at that period of time, and it made the next steps of our house move easier. Truly couldn't have asked for more, the whole experience really beat out my expectations.
