Terrible experience. Asked to hold at Fed Ex location as they so much insisted via email/text. Then when it was finally delivered and ready to be picked up, they requested the shipment back so I could not pick up! Requested a new order and it has been over a week since its been delivered. Took way longer than last shipment. Never again

The ordering was simple online. My only complaint is that FEDEX said they came to my door two days in a row but did not. Once I got the wine, all is good. I have had one bottle and it was delicious. Thanks

I received a promo offer for 5 bottles for 50 bucks. I love wine. 10 bucks a bottle can't be beat. Shipping was free. The wine arrived in no more than 3 days. Very informative delivery service. As I needed to scan my i.d. Pickup option was made available also. Very professional process. I already drank all 5 bottle. Absolutely delicious. The Old Vine Zinfandel's. So smooth. So fruity. So lovely. The red blend from Africa was surprisingly great. Lastly the Chardonnay. I don't drink much white wine, but a friend does. We enjoyed it with brunch. Overall I rate my experience 10 out of 10. Or 5 stars.

Overall you did good, even corrected my address as it was entered incorrectly. But I never got my wine, because the redirecting fed ex came on days and times no one was home to sign for the wine. I tried to get a hold of fed ex several times but I could not sign in. I even tried resetting my oassword. Also the last door tag when enterd just says invalid or attempted but no directions on how i xan get my package. After several attempts i gave up due to the time it was taking and getting no were. So I never got to enjoy the product and disappointed but I work full time and have children and this just became a pain to try to figure out. But thank u for the service u gave on your part. But I will not try to use this again.

I should be given the option to purchase however many wine bottles i would like , But at check out it makes you purchase 6.

your pinot noir, is a little biter for me, it has a bite. I like wines like blackberry, strawberry, etc. Smooth simi-sweet.

I would’ve given five stars, but I requested for my delivery to be redirected to my residential address and was told it would be, but it was not, and I had to pick it up after a blizzard at FedEx drop off.

I ordered 3 bottles using a deal I got for my birthday but I received only 2 bottles. The last one was never delivered. I don't know how to get that bottle.
Later customer service contacted me and quickly solved the issue. I received my bottle in few days.
