Swiss Travel Transfer Opiniões

Very disappointed .Lately their service is very bad .. They cancel my 2 bookings last minute . They have another offer but more expensive than my confirmed booking that they cancelled. I booked few months earlier only to receive email less than 48 hours that they are not available .
also another experience was I ordered a luxury car , a different car arrived .one time a car with a big UBER sticker on the side ;(

I have used Swiss Travel Transfer four times in the last 3 months for airport transfers and their service has been exceptional. They operate professionally, deal with booking requests instantly and have been very accommodating when our flight got cancelled a few hours prior to departure.

We have travelled with 4 different drivers and all were very courteous and helpful.

Keep up the great service!

Perfect ride to the airport at a decent price. The driver was early, he was polite and he spoke English.
Will use that company again.

We are a travel agency from Costa Rica & Panama and Swiss Travel transfer provided an excellent service to our clients and their tight itinerary. Great service, very reliable and great communication and customer service. I will continue using them for all our customers.
