We have used this company a couple of times to help with new utility deals. They have been very helpful and I’d particularly like to single out Stephanie F who has gone above and beyond to help our church to end one contract and negotiate a better deal with another provider. The negotiations with the company we were wanting to leave were especially difficult and often left me in tears! Thanks to Steph we were able to come through it and she was always kind, supportive and encouraging. I highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. Kim was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and proactive in finding solutions to my problems. She also went above and beyond by providing additional support throughout the process. Her friendly and professional approach made everything much easier, and I would highly recommend the service.
Great customer service for our small charity
As a small foodbank charity run entirely by volunteers our mobile phones and Internet are critical but we don't have the resources to be constantly checking for the best deals. The team at Switchaid have been brilliant at doing that for us. Customer service is excellent, always friendly and helpful, focussed on doing the best for us.

Small charity saves, time, money and reduces stress!
SwitchAid have taken all the stress out of dealing with mobile phone companies and provide a quick, personable service. They are always available to answer any questions and help clarify matters. As a the head of a small charity spending hours upon hours on phone calls or webchats trying to sort out new contracts or upgrades was a complete waste of time that has now been better utilised in actually leading the charity. Huge thanks to Kirsty for getting us sorted again.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Nathan was really helpful sorting us out (as a charity with a very small team) quite a tricky and time consuming exit but we got there in the end thanks to Nathan's persistence. Our new systems package is saving us a fortune and I know that I can get in touch for support whenever needed. Nathan great - lovely team - couldn't recommend more highly!
