WOW... beautiful hair. Just ordered a wig and ponytail from Switch Up Style on a bit of a whim after one of their ads popped up on IG. I am SO impressed with the level of attention to detail, from the packaging to the customer service. I reached out via email with a question about my order and they literally responded in 5 minutes!!!!!! The actual product it self is beautiful, for synthetic hair I can not tell the difference between this and my natural hair. It's so soft and not shiny at all. I will 100% be ordering more products.. I am officially now a switch up addict!

I have two wigs from this websites and they are both absolutely atrocious quality - I've had better quality wigs for £20 from Amazon. The hair gets frizzy and kinked within days despite great care being taken to treat them, and the partings are so unnatural and because of the cheap, bulky lace. This means that you can't even pluck the hair to make the partings more natural. Horrible wigs, the worst I've had in three years of wig wearing. Save your money and buy from elsewhere. If you suffer with hair loss, these wigs are in no way suitable for daily use. It's a shame as the customer service is great and they are really lovely.

First of all I want to say a huge Thank you to Swich Up Style company for the best birthday present ever 17.10 being my birthday.The order came very quick with a very nice note and packed very nicely. The wig is a very long a very nice shade of blond feels like real hair minimal sheding soft and very easy to brush. I just cut of the lace and I don't even need to glue it down it just look so natural and nice. The custemer service 10 out of 10 they are very nice helpful and friendley they keep you informed at all times and they will make sure you are happy with your purcese. For a sintetic wig is the best wig ever I am ever so happy I will definetely repurcease.

I had my hair cut really short as i wanted to go to grow hair colour out and thought it would be easier with shirt hair but I absolutely hate so I thought id try a wig. I was very sceptical ordering my wig as the price was so reasonable. On other sites ive looked at the wigs are so expensive! Anyway my wig arrived today and i love it!!!! Its amazing. The quality is brilliant, the style is how my hair used to be before i cut it so as soon as i put it on i felt like me again. Ive been so self conscious with short hair but this has given me all my confidence back. Definitely buying more in different colours. Thank you so much !!

I still haven't received my item. Tracking says it was leaving UK on the 24th. It is now October 1st and USPS, the partner shipping company states:"

"Origin Post is Preparing Shipment
We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece."

So it appears it hasn't even been shipped yet and you are asking me to review??!!
