Great customer service. I was refunded for an item I bought and it was past the time on the refund policy but they was very understanding, replied fast and refunded me.

I've dealt with most audio equipment suppliers and SX pro are head and shoulders above everyone else. If they say they will do something, they do it. Their customer service is the best in the business. Always keep me updated with useful info.

First time using SXPro, did a quick google and they had excellent reviews so placed an order and wasn't disappointed! My order arrived 2 days early with brilliant comms from the point of order - do not hesitate to use them!

Recently ordered a Kemper Stage plus Mission EP1 pedal and connecting cable through their website. The cable I had ordered was not in stock (I wasn't paying attention when I placed the order - their website does show how many of an item are in stock).

Straight away they phoned me up and emailed me as well to explain the cable was not in stock, and to ask whether I'd like to substitute an alternative cable or wait for the item not presently available. I opted to swap the cable for another that was available.

I placed the order on a Friday afternoon so wasn't expecting 'next working day delivery' until Monday, but the items arrived on Saturday morning.

They also refunded my card the small difference between the cable I ordered and the one supplied.

Great support. I ordered several microphones and an audio interface from them. Unfortunately they seem to have received a batch with some damaged equipment straight from the factory, so I had to get multiple replacements, which is not their fault so I can't blame them. They've been very supportive during this process and did their best to make sure I get back on track as soon as possible. They're definitely a safe choice to get audio gear from.

SX Pro have been a great company to deal with when purchasing a number of big studio items over the past few months. Quick to answer questions over email, competitive prices and very fast delivery. Definitely recommended!

Bad customer service, I sent them a email with my problem in detail and I did not hear back from them, so stay away from this company, quick to take your money but are not quick to help you!
