Have been using Syncios Manager for many years now I find it much easier to use than Apple Music or iTunes. Recently Syncios would not work on my macBook I contacted them and they replied that it was a known bug which they were working on. I received an email from them telling me about the update which I installed and all works great now

Purchased this to preserve data from my deceased son's iPhone, and cancel his iCloud subscription. Tried hard, but I couldn't figure it out. I asked for the promised 30 day refund, and I was refused. I guess they were just kidding about that.

This software is not for Android users. I spent the best part of an afternoon trying to make it work with my Samsung... no warnings and no information from the app, and perfectly useless FAQs. I eventually emailed the help... they said straight away that it only works up to Android 11. Muppets! Surely it's not difficult to advertise loud and clear that they don't care enough about Android users to update their software???

Avoid this product. I bought the licensed MAC version, turns out does not support IOS 17, and after several months still does not. Why are they still selling a product that won't support the latest IOS? The support is terrible, don't waste your money like I did.

Syncios does not support the latest Andriod 14 and don't even refund the purchase price aware that it will not work on OS 14. A little pathetic especially for company to sell unsupported product.

Used to be an awesome go to app. Bought a lifetime license and now syncios not compatible with iOS 17. Support says they are considering an update…WTH Considering? I feel ripped off. What they’re not considering is refunding my $$$

Their latest version that supports iOS 16 did not work in my PC for an unknown reason. Support consisted of try rebooting/reinstalling/administrator mode etc. Even when presented with crash reports/logs, there was no interest in solving the problem.

When asked for a refund, first attempt was to say that it has been 8 months of your 1 year, cannot refund. When mentioned that it was a lifetime subscription, support went silent.

The back up and restore features are very fast. Another great feature is that they let you restore from iCloud account. If you own several iPhones, this will work out perfect for you. Being able to switch from iPhone to android phone is very critical for me. I use both platforms for personal and at work.
