It's a scam, I manage to fund the account and when the time comes to make the withdrawal it is IMPOSSIBLE. The KYC verification button doesn't even work, the assistance is always provided by the same person and all they do is say that they will attend to the incident. You open incidents and they are not registered anywhere, nor do you receive emails when you register them. Do not put a penny into this company. It is not only the money you lose but also the time it takes to generate profits in the funded account.

Es una estafa, consigo fondear la cuenta y cuando llega el momento de hacer la retirada es IMPOSIBLE. Ni si quiera funciona el botón de verificación KYC, la asistencia siempre la da la misma persona y lo único que hace es decir que ya atenderán la incidencia. Abres incidencias y no se registran en ningún sitio, ni te llegan correos cuando las registas. No metais ni un duro en esta empresa. Ya no es solo el dinero que pierdes sino también el tiempo que lleva generar los beneficios en la cuenta fondeada.

Decepción, estafa, sin ayuda desde soporte, nunca tuve una experiencia tan mala!! Voy a perder el dinero pero me voy de esta página !! Me siento estafado!!

Fake firm that takes your money and doesnt payout. No payouts been sent since october. Always ‘please exercise patience’ whenever you ask about payouts followed by being timed out from their community chat/banned for mentioning that they arent paying anyone out. Discord server and these reviews are filled with bot accounts to look more real/popular.

My trades were refused so I contact the support and got the message that they are working on it. That means to me that they will solve the problem og at least contact me again. Several times they didn’t give the a helpful answer and after 30 days inactive because of the issue my account was breached. They don't acknowledge the mistake and say it's my fault. I will never recommend this site.

This propfirm is just a big scam. I've been funded and made some profits but now it's been 3 months that I've been waiting to receive my payout and they always tell me to be more patient, that they are having some issues with blablabla.
They owe me 600 $ worth of payout since september 2024 and I still didn't get anything.

This is a SCAM the reviews provided on this platform are FAKE and the firm itself does not make payouts. They keep asking to “assert patience” and when you ask about delays, issues, lack of accountability in the public chat they put you on a 7 day ban. They have botted the discord server, so it looks like there is more people than there actually is to give a false sense of legitimacy. Everything they are doing is a scam. Do not waste your money and your time. ABSOLUTE WASTE.

Very disappointing. I've been requesting a payout for nearly 3 months with no success (and have paid an extra $100 for the 7 days payout add-on!), there's always an excuse for delaying, technical issues, platform updates, all they can say is "please exercise patience". Lots of people complaining on their Discord but they just delete negative messages right away and ban you from posting. Do not be fooled by good reviews, read them and you'll see most are fake, with no mention of payout or real experience with the prop-firm. You can see on the discord they have not payed out anyone since October, and yet they happily keep selling challenges and pretend everything is fine on the discord. Now I don't believe I'll ever see any payout from them or any money back for the challenge. Probably they will make a few millions and disappear, I doubt Syndicate will still exist in a year. I only blame myself for trusting a new prop firm with no real proof. There has been absolutely nothing good in my experience with them, their platform never works properly and is always glitchy, the only help the support can give you is "your payout is under review" or "Your ticket will be answered promptly", except it never happens.

Do not buy a challenge from this prop firm, I've been waiting 4 months for a payout and still not received one.
Everytime you complain they delete the messages on discord and time you out for 24 hours so you can't write on the chat.

I paid the fees for the plateform , he asked me to pay the Odisea fees too , and third time for the account automation management(AI), l did the trades my self , and l acheived more than the target in couple days , l waited for the 21 days payment, no answer any more and no payment, don't take a risk, they are not transparent, they will always find a reason not to pay.

Since I started everything was weird, the platform kept giving failures and communication with the company's support was practically impossible. As expected when the day of the withdrawal arrived, they didn't let me withdraw absolutely not a single dollar of the $1,154 I had in profit. Trying to put tickets and emails and all kinds of communication the answer was always the same, that they had problems in the system and that they would try to fix it... but there was never a payment option, never. It's a scam company when it's your turn to withdraw they don't pay you anything and of course they block you in support so you can't make all this known.

Sono i più grandi truffatori che abbia mai visto nei miei 2 anni da trader, non ho mai visto uno spettacolo come loro. Ti riempiono di scuse sul fatto che è in arrivo un nuovo aggiornamento, la piattaforma me ecc. L'ho sentito dal 2/9 quando ho provato per la prima volta a farmi pagare. Ho guadagnato più di 10.000 dollari sui miei conti e non ho mai ricevuto nemmeno un dollaro. Continuano a inventarsi nuove scuse e il loro supporto è sì, poiché le persone scrivono velocemente per rispondere e molto educate, finché non inizi a condividere la tua storia con il gruppo Discord, quindi ti bloccano/ti puniscono non potendo pubblicare nel gruppo, in questo momento sono bloccato per i prossimi 6 giorni perché ho condiviso la mia esperienza con il gruppo.

El servicio técnico es lamentable, eso de 24/7 es una mentira muy grande, no responden y una vez fondeada la cuenta te ponen que está violada. ESTAFA!!

After passing the 2-step challenge and the 5+14 trading days as per the T&C and trading agreement which I had to wait 10 days to get from 70% updated to 80% even though on the website was advertised 90% profit split, I had the audacity to ask them for a withdrawal when the dashboard isn't working properly as well as the withdrawal function as I can t select the account, of course, they said to exercise patience to get the account reviewed which is understandable, the problem is its always the same answer: exercise patience (maybe you forget about us) kind of scenario as its been under review almost 2 weeks and still waiting, their COO is a piece of work for sure he lies and likes chatting with people like they are dogs or maybe his kids,
But don't take my word for it, just try to email their customer support you will see the redirections:))))
I am not the only one with the same issue. A lot of people have been promised their payouts for months now, blaming the update to Mt5. But what does the finance department have to do with IT or development? Once I realised that GAMECHANGER, they are waiting for people to buy new challenges and be able to pay a few people to keep up the ponzi scheme, even in their discord channel where they silence and delete the messages of people asking for withdrawals, there aren't any payouts in the last 2 months because they haven't paid anyone but of course, they have the time to distract the population with poker and other trivial games, BUT NO CASH baby!!! so Habibi don't come to Dubai! STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE!!!

4* as everything is perfectible. I asked for migration from Trade Locker to MT5. After 8 days of patience, everything went smoothly after a COO intervention that accelerated the pb solving situation. Just being patient and understanding are quite important sometimes to allow qualified people to do their jobs. Hope everything will now go smoothly.

en mi caso todo han sido problemas, tengo ya la cuenta fondeada y a esta altura no se consigo portar a MT5, pregunto por medio de un tiket y no soluciono, una desinformación al grado que ni siquiera me puedo registrar en la pagina para retirar ganacias porque me dicen que esta restringida para españa,la plataforma es muy buena pero hay mucha desinformación

They are the biggest scammer I have seen in my 2 years as a trader, I have never seen a show like they deliver. They fill you with excuses that a new update is on the way, the me platform etc. I've heard that since 2/9 when I first tried to get paid. i have made over 10,000 dollars in my accounts and never got so much as a dollar out. They keep coming up with new excuses and their support is yes, as people write quick to reply and very polite, until you start sharing your story with the discord group, then they block you/punish you by not being able to post in the group , right now I'm blocked for the next 6 days because I shared my experience with the group.

I have also read this article medium.com its write totally how they are!

Should the story change, I will of course update the story here as well, BUT I doubt it.
