My experience with Synergy is somewhat mixed. I originally spoke to Cameron as I was looking for work in a school. He explained to me how an agency worked and at the time sounded great. Maxine was really helpful with what she needed from me, sorting my DBS and training etc. So that part was brilliant, however when I was ready to work I called, texted and emailed Cameron and didn’t get a response. Which just isn’t that great. I’m now working for another agency and loving it. Safe to say I won’t be recommending Synergy.

I have had great experience working with them. The work always feels easy and less stressful, because the task are clear,the environment is calm and l always get support from the team. They communicate very well, and always feel valued working for them. They care about both clients and staff and it shows in the way they operate every day.
