I ordered Topacme® Ambience Light 2 pack for my granddaughter on July 1 2026. Checked tracking on package and it said delivered on July 28 2026, did not receive any packages. Went on website to contact seller and it lists a construction company out of Maryland as the company contact. This site is a scam, I’ll be contacting my credit card company to see if I can get a refund ($35.00) warning never buy from this site

I ordered two 3D projectors supposed to show an ocean scene on the ceiling. What a load of crap, it does not show an ocean scene all it shows is purple dots on the ceiling doesn't cover the whole ceiling and it's not what I ordered. I've sent numerous emails to this scam of a company and have yet to receive a reply from any of my emails. Do not purchase from this company you will get nothing you ordered. It's also coming from China so it's not going to be here in 3 to 5 days going to be here in 3 to 5 weeks and it's not going to be what you thought you were getting. Scam, scam, scam, scam, scam.

These statements from the company are not true I didn’t receive any item and have sent numerous emails no answer Never buy anything from them!

I recieved an item that was nothing like the picture of what I thought I was ordering. It's laughable.. I have tried for days to reach out to the company to find out about a return.. and no one will reply back to me. There is no phone number or a person to talk to. I feel very scammed by this company.

This is a total scam. Ordered in June for grandchildren and never received. Contacted them and they do not respond. Fake tracking and delivery notice. Stated items were delivered by post office, but post office has no record of receiving or delivery and tracking number provided is untraceable. Also said items were delivered on a Sunday and our post office does not deliver on Sundays.

Ever since I purchased this usb projection, the company has sent no information that it left the company. The order never got filled and I got JACKED for $112.

This site seems to be a scam. They can’t be contacted. The email addresses they claim are not real addresses.

Complete rip-off. This company needs to be investigated. Item was noted as delivered. Never received it.

Ordered a USB projector. They use Shop to track and even though I already received a delivery it still shows its awaiting merchant information. Took three weeks to receive it. It came from China to California and then transferred to USPS. The final delivery was via postal from someone's suburban residence. Not what I ordered and the credit card was charged $31.15 when the total was $25.96. Sent an email to them and it has thus been unanswered. Already tried to dispute it with the credit card company but they said it has to be settled with the merchant directly.

I was scammed like the others before me. I thought I was getting a good thing when ordered this 3D projector, but unfortunately It was a hoax. they are nothing like the website promises. Not dynamic, 5D or holographic and the projected image is not even a static starfield but a simple geometric pattern not even powerful enough to reach the ceiling. What sent was a copy of a cheap plastic toy priced in my country for not more than $6. The purchase not reflecting any information of receive. I can't find any review to my request and no way of contacting them except for some email under service which of course no response from them at all.
I do ask not to be scammed by them and avoid buying anything from them at all. I agree with adding a zero to the review for some not deserving a 1.

Why is there no ZERO star rating available? Syniapsebio is a SCAM. I am perhaps "lucky" that I actually received two "projectors" but they are nothing like the website promises.

Two emails I have sent to different address variations they have used have been returned as undeliverable. I have sent a 3rd email demanding a refund but expect to be lodging a complaint with PayPal before long. Like others, I have been spammed daily since placing my order, claiming I left items in my shopping cart - but that it is the least of the problem with Syniapsebio.

I read the reviews the others have left, and they are completely correct! I place an order on July 11, 2026 for 2 items. They confirmed the order with an email, and charged my credit card. The products were to arrive in 3-5 business days, and yet nothing has shown up on my doorstep. The only thing I keep getting are emails saying "Your cart called", "Reminder: Your cart needs your attention to complete the order", "Still in your cart"! When you go to your page on their site, and click on the link, it shows confirmation, and in the bottom right a button to "Buy Again". I assume they want you click on that, so they can scam more $$ from a person! Luckily, my credit card company notified me, but it was for a different amount, but probably from the same scammers. One from Syniapsebio, and the other more expensive charge from someone else! Don't make the same mistake I did by ordering from them! Find a trusted source!

SCAM!!!!! Tried using PayPal, said there was an issue. I used my debit card and was charged the wrong amount to a company I'd never heard of. I have disputed the charge with my bank. I had to put a stop on my debit card so now I have to get a new one. SCAM

My card was charged over $67 for projectors ( ocean) I was supposed to receive five. I have emailed the company several times it's showing delivered I was home all day on the day it says delivered I never received it the site is saying they have a signature for it which is total baloney do not ever order anything from this company it says it's a US space company they're full of it everything comes from China it's a total rip off what a scam company this is do not order from them.

I agree with the other reviewers. This place is a SCAM! I placed an order a month ago...where is my product? Heaven only knows. I doubt that I will get anything!

Do not buy anything from this company it's nothing but a scam!!! 1) My card was charged more than the invoice amount including the shipping amount. 2) They do not answer emails. 3) I keep getting emails that I forgot something in my cart. 4) When the item I ordered finally arrived after a very long wait, all I received was some cheap plastic light nothing like the advertisement. All it does is project dots on the wall or ceiling in a very small area. Complete rubbish!!

Scam seller. Does not answer emails and quotes Topar Construction as the company contact address.
I tried contacting Topar Construction and that email failed as well.
They did an upsell as part of the order and I purchased what was supposed to be more Topacme® Ambience Lights. Some plastic flying things turned up.

Not good from the start. I’m having the same experience as the other reviewer. Placed the order. My card was charged a different price. The shipping price is different. I have an order number. Yet I’m continuing to receive emails stating I did not complete my purchase. I have emailed this company numerous times without a single response. Received an emailed on July 11 saying it was delivered but it was not. I was home when they claim it was delivered. And I am still receiving emails saying i left items in the cart and my order will be canceled. (You have to leave at least one star to be able to leave a review.)

I placed an order over a week ago and used PayPal to pay for it. I continue receiving emails from this company stating I have items left in the shopping cart. Looks like they want me to place another order, which I’m not going to do. I sent them an email today to try and resolve the issue. If I receive a satisfactory response and get a tracking number for my order I will amend this review.

Really not sure if these guys are scammers.
