Fraudulent information about delivery

Hello, I ordered an item and I didn’t hear from the delivery company. After chasing them I received an update to say it had been delivered and it had not. I have attempted to contact them 7 times and with no response to my emails. I have also reported the issue to shop. So I have paid and do not have the item. This
Company is fraudulent and not to be used.

Not received even though marked as delivered!

I’ve been had , like everyone else .
Tracking states my parcel was delivered on Sunday , it was not .
I can’t get a reply from the company I purchased from or this courier .
Looks like I’ve lost my money .
Very poor service.

THIS IS A SCAM ON ALL FRONTS . Start date 10 Nov 2025... Review 10Dec 2025. BOUGHT FROM A WEBSITE CALLED SEATTLE WHICH INDICATES THEY ARE FROM RSA , LOOKS COMPLETLY LEGIT. DELIVERY 4- 6 WORKING DAYS, SHOWS COURIES NAMES SUCH AS BUFFALO, COURIERGUY(AND OTHERS KNOW AS TEMU AND SHEIN SHIPPING COMPANIES)HOWEVER, THE TRACKING NUMBER WENT DIRECTLY TO SYPOSTE.NET. THERE WAS 1 UPDATE STATING IN TRANSIT WHICH WAS EXACTLY THE DATE AND TIME OF ORDER. NO NEW UP DATES ASOF 10 NOV 2025. EMAILED SEATTLE MULTIPLE TIMES- NO RESPONSE. EMAILED SYPOSTE.NET MULTIPLE TIMES - NO RESPONSE. 1 WEEK AGO WITHDREW UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNT FIRM MY CREDIT CARD. SOFT BLOCKED WITH HELP FROM MY BANK AND CANCELED CARD. SECONDE ATTEMPT A FEW DAYS LATER OF A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT. WAS USED AS PROOF FOR BANK TO REIMBURSEMENT. THERE IS AN APP FOR ISTORE AND PLAYSTORE CALLED SHOP WITH A PURPLE ICON. THIS APP CONDENSES ALL ONLINE SHOPPING. TEMU AND SHEIN SHOWS AND IS ACCURATE. SOMEHOW THIS SEATTLE SCAM ACCOUNT MANAGED TO LINK WITH SYPOST HOWEVER INFORMATION WHEN TRACKING INDICATES INLINE WITH SYPOST WEBSITE.

Über Amazon habe ich ein kl. Radio dort bestellt. Angeblich wurde es nach 14 Tagen zugestellt am 17.11.2025 zugestellt. Nichts ! Es wurde auch kein Paket bei einem Nachbarn abgegeben! Kontaktaufnahme mit Verkäufer nur über Chat möglich. Keine konkreten Antworten. Finger weg von diesem Verkäufer!

Rubbish Company. Scammer!! STAY AWAY

The worst company ever. Please stay away. They are just scammers, don't purchase anything from Shops such as Fruugo ETC cause they use this kind of useless courier . This courier is the worst ever, late deliveries and no communication. It's been a month waiting for my order and there's just no hope. STAY AWAY.

SUNYOU – Disorganized, completely silent and absolutely unprofessional. A total disregard for the customer!

I am extremely frustrated with the service provided by SUNYOU. I placed an order on AliExpress over 40 days ago, and to this day, the package (tracking number: LP651723962MY) has still not been delivered. The last valid tracking update, according to Ordertracker, was on May 19, 2025, showing that the package “arrived at the destination country or district” — an update marked under SUNYOU.

Since then, no further updates. The package has simply vanished from the system. Worse, I contacted SUNYOU via email — two emails sent on June 7, one in English and one in Chinese — and I received no reply at all. Complete silence.

How can a logistics company responsible for international shipping not have a functional customer service system? Or worse: how can they simply ignore customers, especially when there’s clearly a serious problem with a shipment?

SUNYOU was the last handler of the package before it disappeared. Therefore, they should have detailed information about who received it, where it was forwarded, or whether it got lost. The lack of updated tracking, the slow delivery, and the total absence of customer support reflect an unacceptable level of disorganization and unprofessionalism.

Meanwhile, the buyer is left suffering the consequences: no package, no support, no information, and a loss of time and money — especially with international banking and transaction fees that are never refunded.

I’m tired of being treated as if this is a minor issue. My experience with SUNYOU has been frustrating, disrespectful, and absolutely infuriating.

I demand answers and an urgent solution!

Late Delivery

I'm waiting for a product estimation date for delivery is 15- 24 March, today is the 31 of March still not arrived. i will no longer use this company they are very incompetent. I mean the Sun You Logistics company

Should be 0 stars, as they don't deserve any!!!!! As I stated last review will not order if they use this courier!!!!! Well the last item I ordered in early December was put with this courier.
The same outcome so far "Arrived at facility" 8 December & low and behold never moves from that in tracking, that's multiple occasions now.

DO NOY USE ANY SELLER USING SYPOST. FEEL SORRY FOR SELLERS BUT THEY'VE GOT TO STOP USING THIS COURIER!!!

Sunyou does not do their part

Have ordered a couple of thing from various online shops during the years, everything has arrived so far EXCEPT anything shipped with "Sunyou". No customer service. A waste of time and money for everyone involved.

Le pire transporteur qui existe à mon…

Le pire transporteur qui existe à mon sens :
- colis qui n'arrive jamais
- aucune réponse de la part de Sunyou/Sypost
- ils ne font rien pour bien faire leur travail
En tant qu'entreprise, je ne ferai plus jamais appel à ce transporteur.
Je ne recommande absolument pas, vous pouvez trouver mieux !!!

Parcel in transit for over 120days

A seller sent my parcel through Sunyou. Its been 120days I haven't seen any parcel. I have bought like 4 other parcels through other logistics that I have received. I sent mail to Sunyou, no response, no address, no contact. I think they do not exist, they are scammers that sells fake tracking number and never send any parcel. For your own good, avoid them. This was my tracking number SYAET25724644
